1 Raizel and World God

"Cadis Etrama di Raizel. This is quite a pity, but you were already dead"

A celestial being appeared in front of Raizel and said such things to him.

Raizel currently had a confused expression.

The last things he remembered was when he managed to defeat Crombel by paying it with his whole lifespan in order to increased his power, thus overused it.

Raizel has the highest natural affinity with blood.

With his power over blood, it was not an exaggeration to said that Raizel was the strongest being on earth since he was capable to massacred nobles and werewolves in case he intended to do so.

However each time he used his power he must paid the price using his own lifespan.

Thats why he died when he had final battle against Crombel, a lunatic scientist that intended to massacred all beings on earth including humans, werewolves, and nobles using human organisation named Union.

Originally Raizel should be able to easily defeat Crombel since no matter how strong Crombel was, at his base he was merely a human.

However Raizel had depleted much of his lifeforce and forced to hundred years of slumber because of his battle against his best friend, Werewolves Leader Muzaka.

After he woke up from his years of slumber he was greeted by continuous battle against Union elder that consisted of former Nobles clan leader, Werewolves elder, and also various super humans that're getting stronger using genetic technology.

Bit by bit, Raizel's lifespan keep decreased until finally he depleted it at his final battle against the last Union's leader, Crombel.

When Raizel finally died, he was greeted by vast darkness and suddenly a celestial being emerged out of nowhere in front of his eyes.

"Let me introduce myself, I'm a World God. My task is simply watch and govern numerous beings in many worlds including your former world, Earth. Though I said govern, my influence is actually quite limited since I can only assist and can't directly interfere life in mortal world. That's why I can only watch when Crombel intended to massacred beings in the world", said World God.

Raizel, "......"

"That's why I want to give my heartfelt gratitude to you for saving the world. Well, it's not that much of surprise though, after all you're the fate soul of Earth. In exchange of granting you heaven-defying powers, you'll feel compelled to save earth from destructions"

Raizel, "......"

"In case you don't know the term 'fate soul' I'll explain it to you. Fate soul is akin to representative of the world, they'll be able to easily gain powers and also possess heaven defying luck that sometimes save them from certain death. If you want more popular term you can call it as 'Plot Armor', though that was granted to you by the world's will. Of course in exchange of this you have the obligations to save the world wether you're willing or not, because even if you're not willing, troubles will still keep knocking on your door and force you to interfere, like in a certain detective manga", the World God keep babbling on his own.

Raizel, "......"

"Ummm, it's kind of awkward if I'm the only one that keep talking. Anyway do you have a questions?"

"...why am I brought here?", said Raizel after long silence.

"Finally you're willing to talk. Like I said before I intended to give you my thanks, and to express my thanks.... I'll send you to another world?!! How is it, isn't it quite exciting? You'll experience Isekai situations that is the dreams of countless Shounens?! Hahahahahahaha...ha~.....", said World God in excited voice before his voice gradually turn deflated.

Raizel, "......"

While Raizel just keep staring at the World God like ones would when they stared at interesting animals.

"Alright, alright. Jezz, you really don't have any drive as young boy do you. As a healthy boy you should be excited at the prospect of getting send to another world,..mumble~ mumble~..... By the way I'll just keep referring to you as a boy even if you're already thousands of years old, since World God lifespan is Millions of years. Anyway, do you have any other questions?"

"....Where do you want to send me? Why not send me back to my former world Earth?"

"Ahem, now we're talking. Unfortunately I can't send you back to earth because it will be violations to god's rules. Don't worry though, this world will be quite fitting for a busybody boy like you that're like to save other peoples. This world has no official name, but I'll just call it hero world. In this world, monsters running rampant and humans band together to build city from city A to Z. There are no countries since the government structure is centralized, and the government build a Hero Association as a means to resist monsters by gathering numerous heroes. In the past life you're unknown to the mass even though you're the savior of earth, that's why in this life I want you to join Hero Assocation. This way, not only you'll be able to save numerous life easily by getting others assistance, you'll also getting recognitions from the populations"

"......I don't need other people recognitions in saving lives. I did it because...," Raizel's voice got cut by World God.

"I know, I know. You don't need recognitions, but in this life you have to get other peoples recognitions and appreciations. I can't say it to you the reasons now but this will be beneficial to you in the far future. Anyway because of your act of saving the earth, you possess massive merits. You can exchange it for any new powers that will be able to assist you in your new life. By the way aside from merits, I'll also give you my personal gratitude. I'm sure you don't want to be reincarnated and restart your new life as a baby right? Or do you?", said World God mischievously.

"No", said Raizel instantly.

As a Noblesse that lives for thousands of years, his dignity won't allowed him to experienced a disgraceful memory as a baby with adult mind.

"That's why instead of reincarnation, I'll transport you to the other world using your own body that exist on earth. As bonus, not only I'll make your body at the peak conditions, you'll also possess your original Noblesse bloodline and powers in that body. This is my personal reward so it'll not decrease your merits. Now then, what's the power that you want by using your merits? Of course the powers can't exceed the merits, so if your desired powers exceed it I'll tell you to change it or restricted it. You better think it through"
