5 First Meeting with Saitama

Seeing that cyborg, it can be said that this world technology in human modifications could be said to be on par with our previous world. And since monsters running rampant in this world, most likely the military technology is surpassing ours since they need to keep innovating it to increased their survival", explain Frankenstein toward the others.

At this time, the mosquitos come out from everywhere and drown the town. The sea of mosquitos made a large dome of mosquitos in the middle of town, before suddenly flames erupt from inside and burn a vast area of the town.

After the flames quite down, the town was charred black and revealed the cyborg guy. Though there is a naked baldy near him, making Raskreia and other females to avert their eyes in disgust.

With their superpower ability, Raizel and co could hear their conversations even from miles away.

"Man, you saved me. You're amazing. What was that just now? You totally made them bug out! Ba-dum-dum-tsh. Oh, I was just trying to make a joke about the mosquitos being bugs, and....", said naked baldy.

Honestly his conversations along with his naked baldy appearance was enough to make intelligence beings like Frankenstein to drop his IQ. Aris that like to joke around even feel like her ears bleeding.

"Eww~ seriously, what was that~? Is he also a human~? I thought that he was a mutated octopus for a moment there~", said Aris in disgust.

However, it was different for Raizel. When he stared at the naked baldy, there was some kind of familiar feeling that make him relate to him.

Though he will never admit it, since saying he related to a naked baldy could made others misunderstand him as some kind of pervert that attracted to exhibisionist baldy.

Out of nowhere, the mosquito lady suddenly show up in her power up form. She battled the cyborg guy for several rounds before finally she managed to cut his limbs and body.

Sensing his impending doom, the cyborg guy was about to self-destruct to drag the mosquito lady to death along with him.

However before he could self-destruct, the naked baldy suddenly bitch-slap the mosquito lady and destroy her to a splatt!!.

"Mosquitos...suck", said naked baldy.

"Hold on! Please tell me your name!", said cyborg guy in his tattered form.

"Oh, it's Saitama"

"I'd like to be your disciple"

"Oh, okay......Huh?", said naked baldy bewildering.

'Saitama huh. As I thought, this familiar feeling is because the two of us are fate souls. So he is the guy other than me that manage to touch upon law. I will meet him again someday in future', thought Raizel in his mind.

"Let's go Frankenstein. It's better if we find some kind of empty building to discuss our future plans", said Raizel in determined voice without any hesitation.

Unknown to Raizel, that in the future when he get to know Saitama better, he will able to speak much more clearly without awkward voices and also express more of his emotions freely.
