Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu standing in front of a train. Inosuke, who has no idea what a train is, describes it as the master of the land and plans to attack it. Zenitsu tries to explain it as a steam engine, but Tanjiro interjects by suggesting that it is a guardian spirit and that they should not attack it. Zenitsu finally explains that it is a vehicle that carries people.

Unsurprisingly, Inosuke charges headfirst into the side of the train, which causes a run-in with the police due to the fact that they have swords and also the fact that Inosuke headbutted the train. Soon after, Zenitsu explains that the Demon Slayer Corps are not officially recognized government and that they should conceal the fact that they carry swords. Tanjiro also notes the train is called the 'Infinity Train' and that Kyojuro has probably boarded it already, as Zenitsu proceeds to buy tickets for the train.

As they enter the train, Inosuke is his own boisterous self, screaming about being inside the train and causing a ruckus. Zenitsu asks about Kyojuro and Tanjiro describes him as someone with flashy hair and notes that he is very close. The trio suddenly hear loud clamors of "UMAI!" inside the train and trace it to Kyojuro. He is described as a glutton by Zenitsu upon meeting.

Tanjiro inquires about his 'Hinokami Kagura' to Kyojuro, but he admits that he has never heard of Hinokami Kagura before. Kyojuro expresses his delight in its application in battle before suggesting that Tanjiro become his Tsuguko. He explains that users of Flame Breathing have become Hashira in every generation. He also adds that the Basic Breathing Types comprise of Flame, Water, Wind, Stone, and Thunder and that those other types of Breathing are derived from them . He proceeds to ask Tanjiro about his blade, remarking that no Hashira has ever had a black blade and that he is unknowledgeable in the swordsmanship of the Tanjiro's sword.

Kyojuro then reveals he was sent here due to the fact that 40 people have disappeared on this train and that none of the swordsmen have ever returned. Suddenly, the conductor appears in order to confirm the passengers' tickets. Subsequently, Tanjiro describes smelling a foul like odor. As the conductor lifts his head, he shows a weak and queasy expression. Kyojuro takes notice of this and suggests that the conductor stands down. As demon appears from the opposite end of the train, Kyojuro notes that he was unable to sense him, but proceeds to draw his sword and manages to finish the demon with the Flame Breathing, First Form: Unknowing Fire. Much to their awe, the trio acclaim Kyojuro to train them to which he agrees. Thus, attributing them to call him 'Aniki'. Subsequently, Kyojuro and the trio fall asleep on the train.

While they were sleeping, Enmu (Lower Moon 1) stood on the roof of the train and rejoiced

- Sleep, because while you sleep you are more vulnerable. YOU will not be able to resist me while you sleep!

Enmu was glad that he won. It remains only to wait for the demon slayer to be killed, but suddenly, a woman's scream was heard from the left side of the train

- ok guys, I'm here. LEEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOY JENKINS!!!!

Enmu looked in the direction from which the scream was emitted. He saw Nitocris, who had recently overtaken him, jump into the train at great speed. Why did she run? It's simple, she was late for the station and therefore began to run after the train, lagging behind him for 10 minutes.

Nitocris jumped onto the train, then saw Nezuko climb out of her box. She saw Nitocris and was ready to fight, but Nitocris said

- Calm down, we need to wake them up. You wake up Tanjiro, and I'll wake up Rengoku and Inosuke.

Nezuko was a little surprised when she saw Nitocris trying to wake Inosuke up by lifting him up and staggering, Nezuko decided to strike Tanjiro's forehead with her forehead. It was a bad idea that resulted in blood coming out of Nezuko's forehead. Nitocris stopped trying to wake up Inosuke and Rengoku in the usual ways, decided to use the transparent world to find the place that was the blood demon art catalyst. The catalyst was the rope that tied their hands to the demon's subordinates. Nitocris decided to Slowly cut them, hitting only the parts infected by Enmu's blood demon art. Soon everyone woke up. At first, the demon's servants began to complain, but Nitocris decided to skip this conversation and climbed onto the roof before anyone could notice her.

When she got to the rooftop, she noticed an annoyed Enmu.

- How dare you interfere with my plan!? I will destroy you. I will destroy you and that boy that Muzan-sama ordered me to kill!

As soon as he finished this sentence, Tanjiro and Inosuke climbed onto the roof of the train.

- Oh, these insects woke up too? There's no way you can avoid my ability anyway. (E)

As soon as he finished this phrase, Tanjiro went on the attack, but was immediately put to sleep by the demon. It would seem that he lost, but he abruptly stood up and continued to move. Nitocris soon remembered why he was able to do this and also headed towards the demon. She quickly cut off his head, but his body didn't begin to evaporate. Suddenly his head spoke.

- And you are stronger than I expected ... Nothing, for all this time I was able to merge with the train together because of which you cannot kill me so easily. Every part of the train has become my blood, flesh and bones, and all the passengers will now be killed by me. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Thereafter, his head is gone. The Demon Slayers realized that they needed to somehow kill the demon and still protect all the passengers.

- Hey, Tanjiro and Inosuke. I may be stronger than you, but you can handle this jerk yourself, I will go down and guard the people along with the rest. (N)

- Arigato, but... Who are you? (T)

- I am the idiot's sister the rest I'll tell you later. (N)

- Wait, but...

Tanjiro didn't have time to finish speaking before Nitocris climbed back onto the train and began to defend the passengers. Nezuko Kamado also chips in by slashing through the Demonic flesh with her nails, however before long the ingrowths wrap themselves around her arms and legs, trapping her. A sleeping Zenitsu Agatsuma drops in front of her and manages to not only set Nezuko free but also the other passengers around them in a flash by using the Thunder Breathing, First Form: Thunderclap and Flash, Sixfold, he declares that he will protect Nezuko and she looks on in awe. Her admiration is quickly dispelled however, as he pops back asleep mid sentence and begins to snore.

Kyojuro Rengoku also started protecting passangers, drawing his blade he blasts forward to where Tanjiro is, causing two of the train cars to violently jump up causing the boy to flip over and bump upside down into the car wall.

As he straightens himself, he looks up to see Kyojuro standing in front of him and the Hashira greets him, saying that he had landed some minor slashes on the ingrowths on his way over. Quickly formulating a plan, Kyojuro tells Tanjiro that the train is divided into eight cars and that he himself would take care of the back five, leaving Nezuko and Zenitsu to take care of the front while Tanjiro and Inosuke should kill the demon.

Tanjiro begins to protest that the Demon is now a train with no neck but Kyojuro reassures him that it doesn't matter what a Demon looks like and that as long as it's a Demon it will have a neck, saying that he will also try to locate his weak spot while fighting him and tells Tanjiro it is time to get fired up.

In the blink of an eye Kyojuro blasts off to the back of the train in a wave of flames and Tanjiro is left in awe of his quick thinking and enormous skill. He quickly snaps back to earth and begins to rush forward to the front of the train, noting that Enmu's stench is growing stronger and stronger the further he goes, he shouts out for Inosuke as he runs and his friend yells down at him from the top of the train to quiet down.

He too had been very impressed by Kyojuro's handling of the situation and was rushing to do as he had asked. Tanjiro tells him they must take care of the front three cars and eliminate Enmu and Inosuke rebukes him by saying he already knows their task. He uses his Beast Breathing, Seventh Form: Spatial Awareness to locate Enmu's weak point and finds that it is at the very front also noting that it smells horrible. Both of them begin to rush forward to the front of the train to take down Enmu at last.

Tanjiro Kamado notes how all his companions are working hard to take down Enmu and protect the passengers and rallies himself to do the best he can so he can be of use as well. Following his nose, Inosuke wildly slashes around and jumps into the front car, saying that is where the Demon's smell is the strongest.

The conductor is startled and yells at him to get out but Inosuke ignores him and continues forward, however, the Demonic ingrowths present in the car all form into hands and reach out to grab him.

Inosuke furiously slashes at the arms but is unable to contain them all and some of them grab him by the head and begin to crush him but are quickly sliced down with a Water Breathing, Sixth Form: Whirlpool performed by Tanjiro who arrives in the nick of time. Having cleared out the area, Tanjiro senses that the Demon's stench is coming from right below them and tells Inosuke as much and the boar boy angrily responds that he is the boss and Tanjiro shouldn't boss him around.

Performing a Beast Breathing, Second Fang: Slice at the floor to blast it open and Tanjiro looks on in disgust to see that Enmu's neck bone now runs through the bottom of the train right beneath their feet. He launches a Water Breathing, Eighth Form: Waterfall Basin at the bone but the attack is blocked by more ingrowths and the gash in the floor closes up again due to Enmu's regenerative powers.

Holding back the ingrowths is as much as he can accomplish on his own however and so he comes up with a plan to cut the neck where, in conjunction with Inosuke, one of them would cut all the flesh and the other would follow without delay and chop the neck.

Commending this brilliant plan, Inosuke agrees but before they can proceed, eyes grow out of the ingrowths as Enmu uses his Blood Demon Art: Eyes of Forced Unconscious Sleep and Tanjiro falls asleep but not before advising Inosuke to kill himself in his own dream to wake up.

Tanjiro quickly regains consciousness again by killing his dream self but stares straight into another eye and falls back asleep, he falls into a cycle of falling asleep, waking himself up and immediately staring into a Demon eye until he begins to have his sword ready to chop his neck off in the real world before he falls asleep.

Inosuke stops him from committing such a grave mistake, saying that he is not dreaming at that moment and he shouldn't die in a lame way. He explains that since he is wearing his boar mask he is unafraid to look at the eyeballs directly and realises that due to the mask Inosuke has a hard time seeing the full gaze and is thus immune to their spell.

The eyeballs all get sliced shut by Inosuke, allowing Tanjiro to see freely again and he notices that the conductor is about to intervene and attack Inosuke but Tanjiro intercepts and headbutts him. The conductor however, stabs Tanjiro with the awl made by Enmu, Tanjiro immediately knocks him out and yells that he is alright, bidding Inosuke to quickly attack. Using his Beast Breathing, Fourth Fang: Slice 'n' Dice he reopens the floor, exposing Enmu's neck bone and Tanjiro asks his father for strength and perform the Hinokami Kagura: Clear Blue Sky.

Tanjiro's attack completely cut off the demon's neck, however, causing the train to derail. Tanjiro and Inosuke went down to help the passengers. They did everything they could to save everyone. As the train hit the ground, Rengoku approached tanjiro to compliment him.

- Do not move. You have a wound on your stomach. You should concentrate your breath. (R)

Rengoku helped Tanjiro recover, But suddenly there was an explosion nearby. Everyone who was conscious looked in that direction. there stood Akaza, Upper Moon 3.
