3 Make Your Choice: Part 1

Sasuke pinched the bridge of his nose and sighed "Naruto, sometimes I wonder if the Nine Tails scrambled your brains when you were born."

A vein popped in Naruto's forehead "Shut up, you emo bastard before I come over there and make you!"

Sasuke scoffed "Whatever we have bigger things to worry about anyway, like who locked us in this cell?"

Naruto blanked out finally realizing the severity of their situation they were extremely injured and locked in a strange cell that was like nothing he had ever seen before.

"Well, on the bright side who ever locked us up had the chance to easily kill us while we were asleep so they probably aren't that bad" Naruto spoke optimisticaly.

"Or a more likely explanation" Sasuke spoke "they're keeping us alive to try and figure out how our powers work."

Naruto pondered silently for a moment "So who do you think took us. Was it Orochimaru?"

Sasuke shook his head "No, definitely not him if it was him he wouldn't of even woke us up in the first place he knows what we're capable of. Not to mention that all of this metal isn't really his style, could be Amagakure(Village Hidden in the Rain) though."

"Amagakure?"

"Where Pein was from. It has lots of tall metal towers and industrial buildings."

"Well, that does fit the theme" Naruto whispered while looking at their surroundings.

"Strange" Sasuke spoke.

"What's wrong" Naruto asked him.

"My left eye can see chakra but, I'm not picking up any except for from you and me."

"What's wrong with that" Naruto questioned?

"You really are an idiot aren't you" Sasuke looked at him with fake pity?

"That's it" Naruto threw the IV stand that was attached to his arm across the cell.

Sasuke effortlessly dodged it despite his injuries, though Naruto never really wanted to hit him in the first place.

"Calm down, dobe" Sasuke scolded him.

"Just get on with what you were saying about there being no chakra" Naruto crossed his arms and huffed.

Sasuke sighed and began to reconsider killing Naruto again" Naruto there is no chakra in the area, which means that there are no jutsu or seals placed on this cell. Do you see where I'm going with this?"

Naruto's eyes widened in understanding.

"Good" Sasuke nodded "at least your not a complete idiot."

Naruto's eyebrow twitched but, he decided to be the bigger man this time and let it go.

Sasuke continued "No, jutsu or seals on the cell means that we aren't being held by Shinobi but, instead by regular humans."

"So we have nothing to worry about then, right" Naruto asked "I mean yeah we're injured but, we can still fight our way past a bunch of civilian's easy."

"Somehow, Naruto I don't think it's going to be that easy" Sasuke looked up at the strange black sphere sticking out from the ceiling and felt that he was being watched.

Fury was standing in the surveilance room and had been listening in on their conversation from the beginning.

"What do you think" Fury asked seemingly to himself as the room was completely empty aside from him.

There was complete silence for a moment before a figure stepped out of the shadows "Even though it seems they have some kind of powers I doubt that they will be any threat to us they are just children."

"I don't know Natalia" Fury answered children and especially teenagers can be even more troublesome than adults especially when they have superpowers believe me I know."

"Be that as it may" The scarlet haired assassin walked beside Fury I believe we may be able to use them provided we use the right . . . incentives."

"So what do we do now" Naruto asked "should we just go for it?"

"No, we are still far too injured" Sasuke said before looking over at Naruto with a strange look on his face.

"What" Naruto questioned confused about why Sasuke was looking at him that way?

"Why aren't you healing? I saw you recover from far worse during the war."

Naruto laughed "That's actually your fault you asshole. Kurama is most of the reason I heal so fast and during the end of our fight he gave me the last bit of chakra he had left and went to sleep. He still hasn't woken up yet so I just have to heal the good old fasioned way."

"I see" Sasuke nodded he could see how using too much chakra would be bad for a being that was literally made up of the energy. "You can still go into Sage Mode though right, that also speeds up your healing doesn't it?"

"Nope, I can't use Sage Mode right now either I don't have enough Chakra right now so if I tried to absorb any Nature Energy I would turn into a frog statue."

"A what" Sasuke wasn't sure if he heard right?

"A Frog statue" Naruto explained "If the person using Sage Mode doesn't have enough chakra or absorbs too much Nature Energy they start looking like a frog and if they lose complete control of the energy they absorbed then they turn into a statue."

"So that's why Kabuto and Orochimaru look so much like snakes" Sasuke thought to himself.

"Were getting off topic" Naruto woke him from his thoughts "If we aren't going to try and escape are we just going to wait here?"

"That's exactly what we're going to do, if they just wanted us to do experements on us they had no reason to wake us up. More than likely they have been listening to us talk since we woke up and will be coming to meet us soon."

"Clever bastard" Fury smirked.

"Are you going to meet them" Blackwidow asked?

"Of course, it would be rude to make our guest wait too long and besideds if they know we're listening they won't talk about anything important. So if we want answers we might as well just go down and ask them."
