6 Memories I treasure

A nerve-wracking situation prevailed in the airport and everyone was so tensed up. There was sheer silence in the waiting hall. As the psychopath stood close to Emily, the soldiers weren't able to help her.

Emily had been standing in the same spot for a prolonged time. She felt sore pain all over her body and her legs were numb. Emily thought to herself, " I can't stand this anymore. It's worse than killing me. I don't wanna waste time any longer nor I've energy to withstand it. Let me act wise and escape from this lunatic".

Emily took a deep breath, gathered her courage and moved step by step forward, without the knowledge of the psychopath. She successfully moved a little distance away from him and she somewhat got near the soldiers. Unfortunately, her hands hit the chair besides her and the sketchbook slipped from her hand.

When she dropped the book on the floor, it made a huge sound all over the hall. The sound disturbed the psychopath and it boosted up his anger. The soldiers as well as the psychopath ran towards her, with their own intentions. Out of bad luck, the psycho was faster than them and he caught her. He trapped her, by entangling her neck inbetween his arms. He strangled her neck with his arms, by a groan. Emily was under the verge of death, struggling under the hands of the inhumane creature and she tapped the floor rigorously, in pain.

The soldiers rushed in no time, grabbed him away from her forcibly and thus rescued her. As soon as Emily got up, she choked interminably.

When the soldiers took her near the aircraft, all the family members ran towards her and embraced her with their love. There's not even a single person in both the families, who hadn't shed their tears for her.

Everyone felt bad for the missing person, who was then infected. It was an unfortunate day, to have sent, two person in a row, to the medical detention center, located at the ARI.

Eventually, the aircraft took off. The aircraft had advanced medical facility, for emergency purposes. For the safety of everyone, the officials took Emily with them, for medical examination. Emily consoled her family that she was alright and would come back soon after the check-up.

Clara felt sad, to look at the empty seat near her, as they both wanted to make a memorable moment, during their journey to the ARI. When Clara turned toward the window, the sunset was beautiful and the whole sky was pink in colour. The view deeply touched her, which reminiscent her childhood Best Friend till now.

She beamed with pleasure, as those beautiful memories flashed in...

Back in 2034, lived a zestful and charming, three year old little girl. She often spent time, at the child park, nearby. That was a beautiful day, when streets were wet, dark clouds covered the sky adding extra beauty to the street, cool breeze touched everyone with delight and the smell of the rain made everyone happy.

All the children ran over to the park, as soon as the rain stopped.The cool breeze made them excited and they all jumped in joy. It was at that moment, a truck stopped near their houses. Before moving in, the family had been living in an apartment for five years, two blocks away from this street. Those children gazed at that truck like a mystery. Two young couples got down from the truck and they waited for someone to get down.

The children too, waited eagerly to see that person. At first, a small leg popped out from the truck. Then, came a cute little girl, in a aqua blue frock, with a unicorn in it. The first impression of her, gave a everlasting friendship to the five year old Clara.

Clara's attempt to get close to her, always ended in vain. Being recently resettled, Emily took time to make friends. Even though, children welcomed her, few of them bullied her, for her colour. Emily hated the new place and this disappointed her parents.

With the help of Clara, Emily got over those bullies. Clara protected her and gave a helping hand whenever she was in need. Soon, the family of both (Clara and Emily) became good Neighbors as well as friends.

Later, Clara and Emily developed a close friendship almost like sisters. They often spent time together ; They'd attended the same educational institution ; Both would not sleep without seeing each other ; they'd no secrets inbetween them and so on. Their parents too considered them both as their daughters. They always bought things in pair, whenever they went shopping. Clara and Emily had a happy and memorable childhood. Gradually, Clara slept, while thinking about those moments.

"Hello! Can you hear me? You've dropped your iPad", an handsome young man, woke her up, as Clara slept with her head leaning on the front seat.

"I'm sorry! Thank you so much." Thanking him Clara obtained the iPad from him. "How long I've been sleeping ?", Clara asked him slowly as she wiped her eyes and got the iPad from him.

"Not so long! I think so", saying he raised his shoulders and eyebrows. "You took a power nap for few minutes. Well, you look dull, cheer up! Everything's gonna be okay", he consoled her, knowing her situation.

"Thank you, so much for your kind words. How do I call you?", asked Clara.

"I'm Chris Maddox, student and an employee at the O'BRIEN'S", replied him.

"Well, I'm glad that I've met you. Thank you for your concern and free advice", saying Clara smiled at him. Maddox scratched his head with a shy smile and his cheeks blushed at the sight of her smile.

While they were conversing, Emily had returned from the check-up. She looked really tired but she ran over and hugged her bestie with a bright smile. Clara introduced her new friend Chris Maddox to her.

While they three got into a happy conversation, a man woke up with a huge yawn, next to Chris. To their amazement, Mark sat next to him and they got even more surprised to find out that they both were friends. Clara and Emily got excited and they began giggling and chitchatting until they reached ARI.

After an hour travel, they'd arrived safely at ARI. A very meaningful journey to everyone, where they met new people, who plundered their heart. Clara bid farewell to her new friend Chris Maddox while Emily was in tears leaving her crush, Mark.

As soon as, people got down from the aircraft, they got stuck with amazement. Their jaws dropped and their eyes beamed in delight at the view of their new habitat.
