Lin Sheng was a Level 4 paladin, and with his half-dragon form's massive increase in strength, taking out two bull-horned warriors in one go was the best he could do.

He was at Level 4, not Level 10. A Level 4 against two Level 2 bull horn warriors at their peak, their difference in strength was not as great as imagined.

Plus Lin Sheng's habit of clashing head-on, biting blades into blades caused his heavy blade to dull very quickly.

After taking out six of the bull-horned warriors, Lin Sheng was out of strength. He had to retreat to the door of the side hall to use the lay of the land against the numerical superiority of the warriors.

These were not your usual run of the mill grunts, all of them were elite Level 2 warriors.
