Natasha woke up tired and broken. Elena's betrayal was only half the reason, the other half was my soul being fused with her. In my past life, I was a simple clerk - not a hero or supreme expert, just your average human being. The last thing I did in that life was being enraged at Night Ranger's author (Dark Blue Coconut Milk) for messing with Hathaway. Then, there was a spark from my notebook and I felt my soul being slammed into Natasha's.

Then I recognized Night Ranger's names in Natasha's memory (such as White River Valley where she lives and the young master Marvin, who have the same birthday as her) and it came back at once, with surprising intensity to be honest. Some chines guy wrote a half-legendary story about a doomed fantasy world and now I'm here (about a couple of years before neo-Marvin's arrival) and Elena's fucking betrayal must be his fault as well. I wanted to strike back with a punch, a spit, a curse, anything. And it was two years before I might get a chance (with his avatar-character).

I took a long breath, trying to let all this newfound passion out. Got to check what I have, then plan, then act. "Status window".
