2 1: Accident

Zandra's Point Of View

"10,000 for Kristel!"

"10,000 for Alezandra!"

"Woah, my chick is going to win!"

"Beat her, Kristel!"

"Go, Alezandra!"

I was shaken as I was irritated by their resounding shouts. They're having a bet and made fun of us. "What? Have you given up, Zandra?" Kristel grinned. I hate seeing her face. A living evil.  "We're not even starting yet. Coward," I teased her. I smiled when I saw her blushing with anger. Wait until you taste your own blood...b*tch!

She started to avoid me, my punches. I punched her so hard that it hit her cheek, causing her to shake her head three times. I combed my hair upwards with my reddened hand. But I didn't notice her immediate punch. She pulled my hair which made me scream in pain. Kristel also buried her long nails in my arm which was now red and had a little blood coming out.

I turned around to get away from her, still pulling my hair. I moved quickly and immediately kicked her in the leg, which made Kristel lose her balance. "Woah, Zandra is going to win!"shouted by a woman who was betting on me. I winced because of it.

If you look at them, they look like angels but are they really angels?

Their attitude sucks. They were shameless and ruthless!

Kristel got up and gave me a hard kick in my face. I couldn't avoid it because of the dust she threw at my eyes. I rubbed my eyes and blinked a few times. The lower part of my lip became bloody so I smiled and stared at her wickedly. It hurts so much that I would rather just be numb.

"It hurts? Shall I add?"she asked playfully, almost shouting at everyone that she had bled my lip.I punched her but she grabbed my fist. She pulled it once more and cornered me backwards.

Fvck those dust and these evils surrounding me!

She kicked the back of my knee which made me knocked down. I writhed in pain when my knee hit a sharp rock that injured it. I saw a small cut and blood was coming out from it.

"Don't mess with the gangsters, dear,"she said as if  she was the queen of this place. Before deciding to leave, she kicked me in the face as well as in the abdomen.

Kristel's group has left. There are a few more left and maybe they are the ones who's betting on me, furious because of my defeat. "You're worthless, Zandra! Tsk." They were so disappointed. Like I care. B*tch, your just being brave because of your companion, weak creatures!

"Weak. I wasted my 10k,"she added angrily as she hit me with a stick and spat on my cheek. They kicked me and even managed to spit on me. They left me in an alley near our school. I stared at the dark sky. Suddenly, heavy rain fell. I remained lying on the street and I could feel every drop of the rain on my bloody face, giving chills on my entire body.

I grinned as if upset, laughed as if everything was funny. I stopped laughing and smiled...bitterly.

You'll see, I'll defeat you one day!

A piece of paper was blown away by the wind and landed on my side. I slowly sat up, straining to feel the pain in my body. I read what is written here.

"Are you a loser who wants to learn to fight?

Can you hurt or kill?

Do you want adventure in life? That adventure that will give you power?

Then, Nezarri Academy is welcoming you. A fighting and assassin training school.

Deadly yet astonishing...

Late enrollees are accepted. Enroll now." I raised an eyebrow and smiled sarcastically.

Darn worthless...lame.

"Fighting school? Tsk. Risking lives for money? How greedy this people are?" I commented between my sighs. I stood up once I discarded the paper. I started walking home, soaked in the rain.

ON THE WAY HOME

I met five men. Everyone was wearing a gray velvet cloak so I couldn't recognize their faces. A smirk flashed at the man in the middle. "Careen Alezandra Saliente?"he asked weakly but authoritatively. "Why? If you want to kidnap me and exchange me for my mommy's money, then you're just wasting time. My mommy doesn't care about me!" I'll just think in advance, jeez. I was too tired to argue.

"We're just going to ask you something. Come with us." He started to move forward so I also  stepped backwards. "I'm going home," I said as I was about to turn my back on them but I was just stunned. They were darn fast. Now two of them held my arms, trying to calm me down. "You will come with us," one of them commanded me. I think he's the leader.

My eyes are slowly closing and I suddenly felt dizzy. I immediately lost my consciousness when they injected something in my neck.

Someone's Point Of View

"Have you found it yet?" I started the conversation. "Sorry, Unco (also known as stranger) we didn't found anything. Maybe she hid it somewhere," he responded disappointedly that made me angry. I threw away the vase in front of me.

You are really torturing us Dark Seraph!

"Kill that! It doesn't matter either!" I ended the call while sitting on the couch.

If they can't find it, I'll find it myself.

Zandra's Point of View

I woke up in an unfamiliar place and saw my belongings scattered in front of me. I saw those three men earlier, talking about something. They tied me up once and took me somewhere. They put me in a black van without even knowing what their purpose or motive on abducting me. I could not speak because they put a cloth in my mouth.

Suddenly the car stopped. A few more minutes ago, they dropped me off in a quiet place. Trees are everywhere. My eyes widened when I saw the high waterfall behind me. What are they thinking?

They held both of my hands and looked at me. My knees trembled with the extreme nervousness and the fear I felt. Almost huge rocks awaits below. They smiled playfully. "For the last time, where did your mommy hide that? You won't die if you talk." They forcibly removed the cloth from my mouth. They are waiting for my answer even though I really don't have an idea what they are talking about.

"I don't know what you're looking for!" I insisted but they didn't believe me. Trace of annoyance were written on their faces. What now?

Those two who's holding me right now, let out a sigh. Without any second thought, they mercilessly threw me into the waterfall. "Say hello to your daddy!" I heard their devilish laughter before I fell completely into the rushing water.

Do they know my daddy?

Fortunately, I didn't hit the rock. The water drifted me, somewhere I don't know. I was hitted by those big rocks that blocked the strong current of the water. I tried to remove the rope from my hand because I was losing my breath. I swam up when I finally clung to the boulder, forcing myself up. I breathed a sigh of relief as I got out of the water.

I calmed myself and checked myself. I saw a lot of bruises on all over my body and can already feel the gradual pain from them. I shivered as the cold air touched my wet body. I noticed my reddish pulse due to the tightness of the rope tied in my hands. I used a sharp rock to loosen the rope. When it was removed, I look around and think of a way to get out of the water. My eyes drifted at a dark and old tunnel hidden in the rocks.

I swam and paced after getting out of the cold water. Out of curiosity, I entered the dark tunnel. Even though I wasn't carrying a light and I didn't know what was waiting for me inside. I have no plans to back down. I won't know what's waiting if I don't try. A life full of what ifs and regrets is not what I wanted. I have to take risks to learn and discover something.

I'm already in the middle of the tunnel. In extreme silence, I could already hear my footsteps. I can feel something strange but I didn't care. I just focused my attention at the back of the tunnel as if someone was looking at me. Jeez, why am I thinking about penny wise?

Lots of cobwebs hangs on my hair and some was on my face. I'm feeling so viscous—Sh*t! I jumped in panic when I heard a crack. "Darn, it's just a frog." There would have been no snakes here, ghad. Slowly stepping my right foot, barefoot, I screamed when I trampled on something. I jumped out of the tunnel. It hurts and it hurts even more when it touches the ground. Darn it!

What a bad day!

When I finally got out, I immediately stared at my injured foot. But my eyes widened when I saw it was bloody and there was still glass buried in it. I froze in great horror. I sat down and picked up a small piece of wood and bit it. I closed my eyes and tried to remove the long cracked part of the bottle. What the heck! Sh*t! F*ck! My brain screamed softly one after another.

Sh*t, f*ck this day!

I pulled it out but I cut my finger also because of pulling out the broken part of the bottle. What is happening to me? Am I really that bad to suffer like this?

I tore the bottom of my dress, wrapped it around my injured foot and the injured part of my finger. All I can do is shook my head and smile bitterly. I look around for help but all I can see was trees.

Where am I?

I walked slowly. Maybe someone lives in this part of the forest. I paused and looked carefully at what I've saw. I'm not mistaken. I see a beautiful and modern... building? Wait, what?

Before I could process what I saw, a man wearing a black cloak approached me, still wearing his hoody. "Who are you?"he asked coldly but emphatically. I got goosebumps because of this man's presence. He had this dark aura that could make me shiver.

"I just need help. Don't ask anymore,"I complained but he didn't like it. I saw his demonic grin causing the hair on my body to stand even more.

He's darn, creepy!

But, instead of receiving help, a loud and quick kick to the face landed and greeted me. I lay on the ground and writhed in pain. The vision is dark and it is still spinning. Before fainting, something caught my eye on the cloak he was wearing. It has the school logo and his codename printed on it. It says...

Nezarri Academy

Guardian #4

NOXIOUS

"You stepped on our property!"he shouted at me nastily and everything became dark like this heartless man's aura.

F*ck you!
