In 1953 a wizard cursed the whole world,the world would end in next 100 years. As a matter of fact many people didn't believe the curse. Adam a fellow human being believed that curse is real and so to protect the Earth from the curse he created department of cause and effect, a special police department containing the strongest soldiers. The story starts two months later of our hero 'Roy Celestino' joined the department of cause and effect. The story is set on the year 2023.
