53 CHAPTER 52 MEETING UNEXPECTED GIRL
"I didn't want to go home yet." Komachi while on the road said this. The two of us are at 7 Eleven drinkings a soda that I buy.
"We still have to go to school tomorrow you know?"
"Keima-kun, tomorrow is Saturday." Huh? I didn't realize that. It was Saturday already?
"Oh, right. I really forget that." I kind of focus on my problem right now so it's not like I can remember the unimportant thing like what day is today.
"So, where do you want to go?" I look at my watch, still 9.36 PM. The talk about alliance didn't really take much time, to begin with.
"Hm, how about arcade center?"
"Oke, I guess we can do that. But didn't that kind of place usually open only to 10 PM."
"Silly Keima. The one at the next city open 24 hours you know."
"Wait? What did you say? Next city?"
"Come just go. I will tell you about the road there." She grabs my hand and took me to the parking space and told me to turn it on. I can only sigh at her. But well, I guess we can have fun there.
So, the two of us spent one hour to reach the place. The arcade is really open 24 hours. There are many people inside. Mostly teenage-like us who didn't have to go to school tomorrow because of the weekend.
The two of us spent hours playing. That is until I see someone force himself on a girl. I didn't really know but it caught people's attention. I know this girl. But I only have one though. Why did this girl actually outside this late? She has pale skin with a slender figure and a small face with rosy cheeks and round, dark brown eyes. Her long, honey-blonde hair reaches her waist with two shorter strands framing each side of her face and short bangs covering her forehead. (AN: I just copy the description from fandom)
Komachi nudged my shirt to help the girl.
"Gentlemens. Don't make trouble here." I say with actually kind of cool voice. But I can see that it only annoys them, other people actually have the decency to only watch and not intervene.
"What bastard. Don't get in our way. This girl is ours. Get the fkd out you fkg bstard."
There are 4 what I can only call thug. A powerless one at that. I sigh.
When one of them came closer they act like they want to punch me. I only hold it with one hand.
"Let's just get this over with." I restraint all of them. Leaving one from my back. It was quite a ruckus when he actually hit me from the back with a baseball bat I think, just where did he get that. A shocking face from everyone when they see that I'm actually fine.
When the security comes I gave them to him, "Next times don't just watch the damn thing." I bring Komachi outside but she also brings the girl I help.
The girl is while in shock because of what happened didn't really hurt at all. I guess touched by a thug is something that never happens to her.
"Are you alright?" I asked her. Komachi gave the girl a soft drink that we have bought.
She nods at me. "Thank you for your help." She answers. Her voice sounds normal, with no shaking or even shocking in there. I guess she really now control when it counts.
"My name is Umaru, Doma Umaru." I nod. The girl is the main character of Himouto Umaru-chan.
"Keima, Katsuragi Keima. This is my girlfriend, Hikigaya Komachi." She looks at the two of us.
"Thank you for saving me. I'm quite shocked at what happened early as it was the first time someone tries to do that to me. But I'm fine now." I nod at her.
"Where do you live?" Komachi asked her.
"Not too far from here. Ukh, I hope brother didn't get angry at me." I chuckle at her. While like to be spoiled by her brother she did love her brother.
"Let's get you there then. I guess what happens tonight is tiring me. We should also go home, Keima-kun." I nod at her and with that the two of us take Umaru. We talk about who we are and the gig. I think Komachi just gets a new best friend when the two of them actually bond for these 1 hour. Huh.
We watch as she came back to her apartment where she lives with his brother. And as Komachi is already tired she asked me to go home right now. Thus the two of us ride back home.
