power!?

fire shoots out of my hands, hitting the wall, slowly catching it on fire "w-what's happing to me!?" I yell over at my mom and dad, they just stare at me with fear evident in their eyes.

"mom,.. dad. plz" I try to get there attention, but to no avail, a tear slowly side's  down my face. "I'm so sorry honey, i love you very much but I just can't when your like this, but y-your a monster." my mother says and runs out of the house tears cascading down her face, dad follows behind with out a single word. "MOM, DAD. DON'T LEAVE ME I NEED YOUR HELP" I yell at the top of my lungs, trying to yell over the crackling of the fire.

More fire shoots out of my hands as my hair starts to turn a bright red, and started to float into the air. I levitate off the ground closing my eyes hoping this will all go away, that my parents will comeback.

A few seconds later the whole house goes up in flames, i do not get damaged or burned. how?, why didn't I burn with it?.

The fire dissapered from my body instantly, i felt alone. A frown appeared on my face as I look down at my clothes, they arnt even burnt...my eyebrows furrowed, i continued to stare at my shirt untill it finaly sunck in that i have a power. and that I have no family.

and that's when reality really, settled into place...

I'm not as normal as I thought I was....

I'm alone, my mother and father left me when i really needed them. when I NEED there help, how could they do that to there own daughter. I mean I get that they were scared but you could have still tried for the sake of you child.

Because of them im not sure of what to do next, do i go buy an apartment or go find my parents.

I should just wait till morning.
