39 Chapter 39 - One Last Spell

The 11 Crowns had fallen to the true power of the Faceless Hero but Tarabu and Stilt were still alright. Therefore they were able to revive Merlin and Tasha. As soon as Merlin awoke, Stilt explained to her that Sarah's presence vanished. He feared that something happened to Sarah. Merlin asked if her presence weakened or vanished, he answered that her presence vanished. Hearing this, only two thoughts came in mind. The first thought was that Sarah hid her presence and the second thought was that she was carried to another world. Knowing that there was a war, she went with the second thought as enemies normally take out the strongest. She explained her conclusion to Stilt, his fear was later gone as she was done explaining.

Stilt informed her that Tasha needed her help to defeat the Insiders.

"Who are the Insiders?", Merlin asked.

"The three people that attacked us from the inside", Stilt told her.

Merlin did not waste time to leave as she wanted to have a rematch with George. Merlin used her flight as her mode of transportation. From above, she saw the Insiders and immediately attacked using [Elemental Control] to summon flames at full power. George found it hard to dodge as he had not recovered from Alana's attack. Tom and the Third Insider called David managed to dodge. As Merlin landed, she was disappointed that her attack hit him for she wanted to fight him at full power.

"What happened? Why are you weak? Who did this to you?", Merlin asked with anger all over her face.

"One of your friends defeated me. Just kill me, I know you are aching to kill me", George answered.

Merlin denied that she would not kill him left alone fight him unless he was at full power. She immediately activated [Healing Barrier] over the Insiders, Tasha and herself.

Everyone was immediately healed and George attacked Merlin but she evaded his attack. The fight was interesting as everyone was at their full strength.
