“Are you sure that Ben is in this area? I know Beta Malcolm said that our son’s mate is human, but I thought that he is at least around a werewolf pack. Do you know how dangerous it is to be a werewolf in the human world?”

Ben’s mother keeps her eyes on the road as her husband continues to talk. However, even with her sharp wolf hearing, it only sounds like a low rumble.

She probably should have told him about her pack years ago, but she had made a promise when she left the pack to work in another part of the country to never tell anyone about the pack. That included her mate and her child.

Now, she is thinking that she should have told him about it, but she can’t change things now. However, she is so excited that her son, Ben, and Kane have found her pack. The only problem that she sees is her mate. He grew up in his pack, and he doesn’t know anything about her pack. She never took him to her pack to meet anyone.
