Although Lex wasn't pleased wasn't pleased he decided to concede his position. Under the final agreement that all three companies will have manufacturing rights to the optics. This of course course is with the understanding that a percentage of each sold would go to Black Technology.

Julian also had taken the time to include clause about proprietary technologies and software. All things considered it was pretty straightforward but that was also a problem. Nothing on it's own but it gives the impression that the technology that could be gained from this is inconsequential or beyond our understanding.

All of this paled in comparison to what he said about possible future technological development that he planned to release in the future; as well as what he mentioned about Mars. Did Jonn know that his people were still alive? If so why did he pretend that he was the last of his kind? Was he an outcast or was he scout for an invasion? I need Answers and I needed to confront Jonn directly about this infront of the League. Hopefully I'm just over thinking the situation.

3rd person POV Watchtower

As Bruce donned his his cape and cowl he immediately headed to the conference room after calling for an emergency meeting. A few of the members were aware that of his recent meeting with Julian and assumed it had something to do with that. While Green Arrow assumed that Julian finally revealed himself to be the villain he always as thought he was.

Batman: I called you here because as some of you assumed it has to do with Julian Black...

Green Arrow: I knew that he would reveal himself soon enough! So is he here to conquer earth!?

Black Canary: That can't be true it makes no sense

Batman: It isn't, in fact his plan is exactly the opposite. He wants to elevate Humanity to a type one civilization and end the the division in humanity

Flash: Then why were we called here for an emergency meeting for good news? I'm not complaining it's nice to hear good things at these kinds of meetings from time to time

Batman: It's what he said during that meeting that caused this one

Superman: Bruce what exactly did he say that has you on edge?

Batman: He said something that has me worried that someone among us might be here for invasion

This caused Hawkgirl to tense up thinking that she might have been discovered. Fortunately for her so did almost everyone else in the room so her actions went unnoticed. For now she needed to confirm the situation before taking action. She especially needed to report the threat that Julian Black posed to the Thanagarian invasion plans.

Batman: Jonn were you aware that your people are still alive on Mars?

Shocked murmuring filled the room at Batman's words. Could Martian Manhunter truly be a double agent?

Hawkgirl was now worried that the Thanagarian invasion might collide with another invading Armada.

Martian Manhunter: That should be impossible my last memory of home were my people dying from an incurable psychic plague... then I left my home world hoping to find another or at least find purpose which is why I joined the League and made earth my home. If what you are saying is true and I hope that it is I would need to see it for myself

I talked a big game about releasing terraforming technology to throw them off their game but I need to produce results quickly. With few options to achieve the goal without outside interference I would have to summon someone yet again.
