19 Control over Power
Thinking of things that happened in those days he has done yet, he was not able to get stronger but only to enhance his fighting skills as well as learning machinery.
To be honest, he is more like Trunks in Dragon Ball, the smartest and strongest half Saiyan after Gohan.
"I might become Trunks, I guess?" he said in a low voice while looking at the beautiful night sky and sighed. And then, continued "Well, maybe we have the same, no, almost the same characteristics."
After that night, he started training and focused more on computers, because there are computers in the Space Time Chamber, not just programming or something but also about machines that mainly come from Dragon Ball.
Mino was walking around and saw a book opened near Bell he doesn't understand.
"Boss, why are you reading these book of nonsense?" Mino asked out of curiosity.
"These are not nonsense but only with a complicated formula to get the solution out of the problem. With these books, I can create whatever I want that no one able to make."
"Okay..." he said with confusion.
After reading some, Bell finally came out and did some warm-up exercises. Also sparred a bit with Mino but only a few minutes.

After a few days of reading, he tried to create himself a Gravity Machine. The purpose of having this machine is because he wants to unlock the power of the Legendary Super Saiyan bloodline's power.
But instead of making the machine alter the gravity, he made it big and will be able to withstand at 20,000 battle power.

Skills are now a module that teaches how to do it but not perfect it.
Active Skills do not need any kind of requirements than before.
Passive Skills are now a little bit harder to activate.
Fighting Styles can only be learned by training with the use of the Assistant.

Bell pulled something in his pocket, a capsule size device was in his hands. He pushed the button and threw the capsule away in a wide space in his garden, where there only a few flowers around.
Actually, he was the one who mowed down the almost all those flowers in his own garden just for his machine to fit and land perfectly.
Bell goes inside the machine he called "Container Machine" and the reason why it was called like that, is because it can contain much power, being able to withstand his rampage until he calms down.
"Well, here goes nothing," he said even though he's smiling. He then said, "I'm not actually going to do nothing, right?"
He then started, from feeling the power of the Legendary Super Saiyan bloodline until it was released. And now, he's starting to transform with his hair turning green first as it was the weaker version and he would easily control its power.
His transformation was taking a little bit longer than his first try on using Kaioken technique. Since the bloodline has both active and passive while Kaioken only has buff and debuff.

Active Skill: Revenge - the more damage he takes, the more damage he deals every minute.
Passive Skill: Rampage - when angry, increases STR and END by reducing DEX and AGI. Scales with anger.
And there you have it. Also, about the damage he takes is now be either he hates his enemy or he has taken a serious blow that makes him more able to survive many battles along with the normal Saiyan bloodline's Zenkai. ]
Even if Bell didn't turn legendary, he can still activate the bloodline's active and passive skills all according to the skills requirements
Meanwhile, Mino was walking from the hallway of the mansion until he saw something outside, and that something was just Bell's invention which is actually the Gravity Machine and is now a Container Machine that doesn't fly and can't change the gravity, it was just big and can withstand any type of attack that is lower than 20,000 battle power.
Bell was trying to maintain his legendary transformation but was only able to keep it up in 5 minutes. He tried again and again but he was only able to raise it up to 8 minutes. Without moving which means, he has half of his time when fighting rather than full of his limit.
The next day also happened, he was trying to maintain his transformation and also went up a bit of his limit, but only 30 seconds. Every time Bell was successful in his transformation, his anger diminished in no time, which is bad and he needed anger as fuel for his transformation as the machine.
After 4 days, almost the same except that he was now able to control his anger and maintain his transformation for up to 15 minutes and expected some backfire, like almost turning into the stronger version of the transformation and a few other backfires.
One day, Bell was training on controlling his transformation. Transformation might get others attention after he finished his training.
"If I would be able to perfect the transformation, then I might attract much attention because of changing of my hair color as well as my eyes as well. Maybe I could temporarily use False Super Saiyan, and when it needed to be unleashed then I will use it in case of emergency." He thought to himself while doing warm-up exercises.
Now is the time to practice, Bell now starting his transformation as and try not to vanish his anger and control it. However, he suddenly remembered Bete criticized him and not believing what he was told by an honest person.
He had gone on a rampage, even though he was locked in and only the calmed Bell would be able to open. Bell also change in appearance, he ripped his shirt and his coat because of his muscles using "Pump up" but it was not. It was more of an upgrade, increasing his strength.
After 1 and a half hours of rampaging inside his machine, his anger slowly becomes calmness instead.
"Did I just rampage?"
He was not expecting for the first time of going out of control.
