Tomorrow I will be leaving the Elven Kingdom. Marek had told me the night before to tell Kayla and Alan that I have to leave.

As Marek brought me to where Alan and Kayla was, I tried to be prepared for their reactions. Knowing Kayla, it would be harder for her to process everything.

Walking into the room I could see that both of them were pretty happy to see me. I stood in- front of them and started to tell them about me leaving.

"I will be leaving tomorrow morning, I will cherish my memories with you guys. I hope to see you guys someday again in the future." I was a little depressed that my time had come to an end, but what happens just happens.

Both of their faces went dark when I said the news, Alan looked devastated but Kayla on the other hand started sniffling, trying to hold her tears in.

"Now kids, I promise that we will see each other in the future, but right now August has to leave to meet his family once again. The best we can do is wave good-bye, I think that August also doesn't want you guys to be too sad about this." Marek tried to comfort us.

"What grandpa said was right, I do hope that you two keep focusing on your training. Maybe you guys will get stronger than me." I smirked.

"I will definitely beat you someday Aug." Alan grinned and punched my arm.

"I...I will too." Kayla said looking up trying to put on a smile.

"We still have today to hangout, let's go to the city and buy some food." I said grinning at both of them.

"Okay, let's go!" Both of them said.

We went into the city and started to walk around in the shops, we also bought some food and ate it.

As we walked around the city we started to talk about what we wanted to do in the future.

"I want to be an adventurer, you get to see the outside world a lot more." I told them.

"I want to be in the military, being a soldier so I can protect my people." Alan said with full confidence.

"Well said for a prince." I smirked.

"Being a prince is not all good you know." He smirked back.

"What do you want to be Kayla?" I asked.

"Hmmm, I don't know yet, but one thing I know is that I want to play a big role in the future." She said, questioning what she wants to do to herself.

"It's alright, we have plenty of time to think. Let's go back, it's going to get dark." I said while heading back.

**Tomorrow**

I prepared everything and got ready to head out, I dressed up in my new clothes, my sword was strapped to my waist,Aria rested on my shoulders, and I had got my hands on some books that I could bring with me on the way home.

I rushed downstairs and met Grandpa Marek with Alan and Kayla. Alan looked at me with a sad smile and Kayla was hiding behind her mothers legs sobbing.

I waved at grandpa Marek and nodded at both Adon and Catherine. As my distance grew closer to them, Marek spoke up from the silence.

"August, are you ready?"

"Yes gramps, I'm ready to head out." I said smiling. I couldn't help but be excited and nervous at the same time since I will get to see my parents and little sister.

"Do...you...have...to...go?" Kayla said in between sniffles.

"Honey, you know that August wants to see his parents again, they are expecting him to go back." Kayla's mom said.

"I hope to see you again in the future." Alan said grinning.

"Don't fall back on your training, both of you." I said smiling at both of them.

"We are leaving!" The driver said.

"Ah, I have to leave now. I hope to see you guys again too." I said, then I hugged Kayla and waved good-bye to them.

We went through a different portal this time to go back to Eden since my parents said that they will see me in Eden. They didn't want me to go back to the town then to Eden again.

When I stepped into the carriage I noticed that I wasn't the only one who was going to Eden, there were 3 other kids with me too. They all had auburn hair but 2 of them have green eyes and the one in the far right has red eyes.

"Hi, I guess you are August?" A boy one the far right spoke up from the silence.

"Ah, yes. How do you know me?" I questioned, while sitting down on the other side of the carriage.

"How can we not?! You're the first human that went into the castle! How can people not notice?" The boy said.

"Hahaha I didn't think much about that." I laughed awkwardly.

"Uh, by the way what's your guys name?" I asked.

"Ah sorry I'm Anthony von Aylard, the first born son of the family of Aylard, you can call me Tony. These two are my brothers and they are twins, on the left his name is Alistair and on the right, he is Aaron." He explained.

"Nice to meet you all." I smiled.

We began to talk about ourselves and we also talked about what we are going to do when we get to Eden.

"We are here!" The driver yelled out so we could hear. The driver stopped in front of a gigantic mansion where my parents lived in Eden since they were so wealthy and powerful.

"Welp, this is my destination. I hope to see you guys soon." And with that I waved good-bye. As I stepped towards the gigantic mansion doors I could hear faint voices of a woman and a little girl.

I breathed in and then out, "Are you ready Aria?" I asked. "Kayuu" Aria said excitedly.

I knocked on the door and I could hear the little girl's footsteps coming towards me. The door swung open and I saw a girl who was maybe 2 or 3 years younger than me standing there.

My mother looked at me and dropped the food she was holding in her hands. She came running towards me and hugged me.

"August! Your back home." My mom said happily, hugging me so tight that I felt like I couldn't breathe.

"It's nice to see you again too." I said trying to hold in my tears.

"Elizabeth, say hi to your brother." My mom said, smiling.

Eliza walked towards me slowly and said, "H- hi bwoder." Shyly.

"Hello." I smiled at her.

I heard running behind me and saw my father in a fancy military uniform.

"My son!" My father ran towards me and hugged me from behind.

"Let's go inside and talk about what happened in the past 2 years in the Elven Kingdom." My mom proposed.

"Alright, let's head inside." My dad agreed.

As we sat down, they let me ask my questions first since I missed 2 years of my life with them.

"How old is Eliza? Father, why are you wearing that fancy uniform suit? Do you own this house? How have you guys been." I asked eagerly.

"Haha, well first, we are doing fine, or quite well I mean." My father said.

"And then I'm wearing this military suit because you know that father has some connections as an S rank adventurer right?" My father asked.

"Yep." I said while nodding.

"Well your father was in the military before that, and I was a pretty powerful and influential person, so when I came back from an adventurer a few months after you left, I went back to the military. By working hard your father got promoted from Lieutenant General to a General. We just held a ceremony this evening, that's why I'm still in this suit." He explained. I nodded my head.

"Eliza is 2 years old currently, and yes we do own this house but some of our friends and their child are living with us." My mom finished the explanation.

"Ah, ok. I think I got the grasp of everything I said while nodding my head, trying to digest everything I've heard.

"Now, we will be asking the questions, young man." My mom said with a devious smile.

"Alright." I laughed.

"Firstly, did you awaken your will?" My mom asked.

"Well yes, but I still need to learn how to control it fully." I answered back.

"How did the elves treat you there? Did you make some friends?" My father asked.

"They treated me quite well. I did make friends with the prince and princess." I said.

"T...The prince and princess of Esmond?!" My father asked while stuttering.

"Yea, well…" I said, then continued to explain what happened before arriving at Esmond.

"Wow son, I never thought that this would happen; I am happy for you." My father said happily while grinning.

"That was quite a 2 years, so can you show us the weapon that you mentioned?" My mom asked.

"Sure." I unleashed my Dawn's soul, it glowed a brilliant cyan color from it's blade.

"That looks sick." My father said, impressed.

"Haha, you've got to thank Aria for that. She found this sword for me." I said laughing.

We got interrupted by a guy who looks like is in his early 30s or late 20s. He was average height with light brown hair and a beard, he wasn't fat nor skinny. He looked like an average man. There was a woman walking behind him, she had navy blue hair with big black eyes. Right next to the woman was a girl, she inherited her mothers navy blue hair and round black eyes.

"Dominic! I heard your son was-" He paused and looked at me.

"He's right here, Aug this is my friend Andrew, he is the owner of multiple guilds and shops, and that's his wife Amelia, who owns a famous auction house." My dad said while patting my back, indicating me to introduce myself.

"Hello, sir and ma'am. My name is August Peirce and I'm pleased to meet you both, I'm sorry that I didn't get to meet you both when we moved here since I had some business to take care of; I hope that we get to know each other during my time here." I wanted to make a good first impression but not sound too much like an adult, but I don't know how I sounded in their ears.

'Ari, what did I sound like? Was I a bit too much or not?' I asked Ari.

'It was a bit over the top for a 5 year old, but it was okay to me.' She answered back.

As I looked up at them, I could see the shock in their faces.

"Wow Dom, your son sounds really mature. It feels like talking to a businessman." He jokingly said.

"Ah I forgot, in the last two years did your core stage rise? I'm on my high yellow stage." He said, smirking.

"Well…" I paused for some dramatic effects.

"I'm in mid red." I said grinning at him.

Everyone looked shocked, how could a 5 year old be in mid red stage?

"Even the first years who go to Myths Academy just awakened and they are already 12!" Andrew explained.

"What the- Let's go sparring!" He said.

"Dominic, he just came home. He needs some rest." My mom said in concern.

"It's alright, I want to see how the old man approved. As the general's son I want to see how good he is." I said, smiling mischievously.

"Then let's do this." My father said grinning at me.

All of us went into the backyard which is pretty big. We agreed to only use or fists and stood in our fighting stances, ready for battle.
