Now what I have to Do

It had been the funniest 2 weeks of my life, there were only 2 days left to finish my visit to dad's new family. With mom I never stopped talking to each other.  I don't miss Detroit at all, New York is much better. I love Clarissa and her children, and I see that Dad is really happy again.

These last 2 days I spent them with the whole family, dad, Clarissa, James and Calvin. We had planned to go for a ride to the lakes of New York. I loved that city madly.

It was a really tiring, but fun day. We went home we were all dirty, all wet.  I ran into the bathroom to take a shower.  We dine at Mc Donald's. I went to sleep early.

I woke up early in the morning, around 8. I wake up James. It was sad, I think because I would have left today.  He takes me downstairs to where everyone was, we started to eat. After eating, Dad takes me to the living room. He asks me how this vacation went. I tell him that Clarissa is very nice and sweet and that I have had a good relationship with James and Calvin. He smiles at me. He told me that he had thought about something for days.

"Would you like to stay with me in New York," he asked me. I was very undecided whether to return to Detroit with Mom, or stay here with Dad. He explained to me that there are a lot more opportunities here, I can go to a new school, meet new people. I was tempted to accept. I told him I'd think about it during the trip and talk to Mom about it. I greeted everyone and set off.  It never seemed to end.  I was thinking about dad's proposal, I wanted to say yes, but I couldn't leave Mom alone.

I fell asleep. I wake up and there were a few minutes to go.  Arrived. I immediately went home, walked through the door and found Mom with a man. Then I wouldn't have left her alone by going to New York.
