my conditions for the seal are -

1. no permanent damage to my body or target .

2. just temporary loss of chakra for target not permanent.

3. can store absorbed chakra that is not assimilated to my own yet .

well , if I use my genius brain for coming up with such too good to be true seal , I will have to use at least a year or 2 . but hehehe.. my supercomputer can come up with the perfect or even better seal formula in just about a day .
