Fights

"I find you well. I'll may sure not to find you a third time."

"Don't worry I we won't."

We both step back and prepare for the next move.

Steve isn't going to fight me like before. He has understood that it wouldn't go well. His best move is to gain time for all the heroes to reorganize and fight me all together... and he is doing just that. That guy has become cleverer.

I could try and irritate him but I think it wouldn't work furthermore that would take too long. I need to take care of him fast and keep attacking the unorganized heroes while trying to get some of them out of combat.

Killing one of them is most probably impossible right now. I shall make them retreat. I just to defend this place as best as I can and to be fair I don't even know if this is a good decision but I got no better ideas.

I look around quickly. Lena is running here once more. The heroes I left behind are now coming here too. The magicians heroes are also coming here but they are dealing with the demons around and helping those who got hit by my magic attack at the wall breach.

The heroes could have actually left this place and go further inside our defenses. I think they are strong enough to try it but of course that is still quite risky. That is why they chose to help the human army get inside as well. Unfortunately for them I stopped the human army advance with that attack. This way I can deal with the heroes first. Even so I'm sure the human army would soon restart their advance. I can feel pretty powerful presences outside the walls. Much more worrisome are the presences at other parts of the wall. They are pushing forward.

I thrust my sword at Steve with a powerful magic surrounding its blade. My attack is fast and powerful. Steve barely dodged the attack incapable of making any counter attack he takes a defensive stance instead. My sword stops just after passing at Steve side and then from its blade the magic there comes out keeping its direction.

Lena who is running to help Steve sees the incoming magic attack. She is quite surprised. It seems she didn't expect such an attack from me right now. She stops abruptly and defends herself from the incoming attack.

The flame that reached Lena was stopped by her sword but it didn't die out. The flame suddenly grows and engulfs Lena. Seeing this the magicians heroes turn around to help her.

Meanwhile I'm in front of Steve again. He is more in alert than before. It seems that he is trying to give his all in this. All he can do is to restraint me a little fighting with everything he has. I know that killing him will not be easy so I'm not really trying to do so. I want to at least take him out of the fight though but I'll not be blinded by this fight since I know that my fight is bigger than this. I'm fighting all of mankind. But this doesn't scare me. I have been fighting with all of hell just a few weeks before. This seems like child's play compared to that. I guess humanity has more to it. Is this really all they have sent to fight me back? Do they think this would be easy? Sometimes I'm a little mad at them but how can I complain about such a good opportunity for me? Beat or be beaten. That is the rule in hell. No one would complain if their enemy is an idiot how holds back when they shouldn't. No we just beat them like any other one.

But...

'Sir the demons have arrived.'

'I know.'

I can feel the presence of the demons who were coming with me. I order them to attack the heroes I left behind. If possible I would like to deal with the magicians and the human army with them too but for now I can move so recklessly. I must deal with this cautiously or they will hold more advantage. They already have broken through the wall I can't have anymore than that done.

My demons charge at the heroes who seeing them coming took defensive positions. They weren't taken by surprise but even so they got swarmed by the demons. With this I have blocked two heroes. The fight is going well.

I then start a series of attacks at Steve. Steve is defending himself very nicely. He doesn't leave any openings even when I increase my attacks he just defends against all of them and sometimes even strikes back.

While our swords clash against one another magic flows through the air trying to get into the adversary blind spots. My magic prevails. My magic attacks are greater than Steve ones in number and power. Even so Steve attacks must not be overlooked since they can make openings for his sword, which is where his true power lies.

The fight becomes more heated up with every second. Steve defends against every attack I do but the ones he does decrease. Fire, water and earth fly through the air. I further increase the speed and the power of each attack. Steve answers are starting to lag behind. But the one who will not last if this keeps on is only me.

I successfully kick Steve aside with a very powerful side kick. Steve is push aside but I do not pursue. Instead I use magic. A wall appears between Steve and myself. I rush forward where Lena is coming from with another hero at her side, Eleonora.

"Two vs. one already uh."

The two of them don't get surprised about my sudden change. They instead slow down and prepare for the incoming battle. The magic being gathered by Eleonora is increasing and the one on Lena's sword too. The magic I have is also gathering for an attack.

I begin with an earth magic attack. I want to block the possibility of a thunder magic attack. But even after the attack Lena doesn't use it. She has figured it out. The same trick doesn't work twice. Even so it delays her use of it and that is enough.

Eleonora also begins with her attack. As always her choice is an earth magic attack. That could interfere with Lena's attack so it would seem they are prioritizing something else. They want time and there's no better choice than earth magic for that.

I get through the magic attack and use fire magic as a response. Eleonora deploys a defense with earth magic fast enough. Lena still has the magic on her sword. I close the distance. The closer I'm the most dangerous it becomes to use thunder magic for her especially with an ally around.

Eleonora doesn't stop making obstacles on my way. She even uses the magic for defense against my fire magic as offensive against me. I crush all the obstacles on my way and move forward so fast that within seconds my sword is already almost at striking distance.

As I try to take the last steps suddenly a powerful brightness blinds me. After that a small I feel a small electric shock. I step back quickly to regain composure. When I regain my view Lena is coming for an attack.
