1 Chapter 1: New world
[Before you read this, Please read the prologue in the Auxiliary volume]
"Hmmmm.... where are we? " Alistor said and walking around while his finger under his chin.
"Sir, it seem that there is a road behind us, it could lead us to a village" Micreal suggestively said.
"Yes, that would be most optional, but first let me check something" Alistor said and he opened his hands and tried to make a black fire "Hmmm, there is magic, so thats a relief, Anyways lets go"
They walked, following the road to where they dont know, and a few minutes later, a wagon was going to the direction where they're going, and saw an old man carrying supplies at the back.
"Hello Good Sir, may i ask where you're going? " Alistor said as he asks the old man
"Yes, im going to the town of zulu, its where i sell these vegetables and fruits" the old man replied.
"If we may, can we get a ride too? " Alistor said.
(Talent used: Persuasion )
"Oh yes, what happened to your carriege? " the old man asked while Alistor and micreal was boarding.
"Well, we got ambushed by bandits and stole all out stuff, including the carriege" Alistor replied and thought "Tho it never really happened, we could've beat them easily if its true"
"So the capital of Zulu, what its like? we're new to the country and we are not entirely familiar with it.. " Micreal said
"Well, its like most capitals, its big, has a castle ruled by the empress and emperor..." the old man replied
Alistor puts his fingers under his chin and thought "Emperor and a Empress.... this will be interesting"
"There are four parts in the continent, one is the capital of Zulu, two is the capital of Zlaxvine, three is Xresa and four is Yranlas, those are the parts of the continents" the old man continued.
"Is it okay to step in those lands other than the capital of Zulu? " Alistor asked
"Yes, if you have a travellers Certificate, you can step in those lands anytime you want, but be careful, its is an unfamiliar lands with new faces" the old man replied
"Seems like you know this stuff already, have you tried this before? "Alistor said
"Yes, as a travelling seller, i intend to do that sort of stuff" the old man said
"So how about the currency?" Micreal asked
"The currency is Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, 100 bronze is equal to 1 silver and 100 silver is equal to 1 gold and so on" the old man replied and continued "You really are new to the country, now that i took a good look at you, your clothes are strange and never seen before"
"Well, we intend to change clothes once we get into the capital" Alistor said and whispers Micreal "we have money right? "
"Yes sir, we have at least 3 platinums, it was almost the same as our world, our currency was bronze, silver, gold and wachnester (WN)" Micreal replied
"Good, then we dont have a problem, split it into smaller groups of money like silver, we need it in the future" Alistor said
"Yes sir" Micreal replied
"Okay, there it is, the capital of Zulu, I'm sorry but this is the far as I go, There is a checkpoint coming up and it is only for sellers, see you around" the old man said
"Wait!" Alistor said, and the old man stopped
"Here, a token of appreciation, micreal" alistor said and micreal offers to give one platinum for the old man.
"What?! a platinum?! I cant have that, its too much! " the old man said while having a shocked voice
"Dont worry, we have enough of these for ours, please take it" Alistor insisted
"Ok, if its okay for you" the old man said
"Yes, hopefully you will spend it on upgrading your farm, we will visit you someday" Alistor said with a smile
"I thank you" the old man said while having a big smile on his face
The old man waved good bye so is Alistor and Micreal, and they parted ways. Alistor and Micreal went to the gate where all travellers needs to be checked.
"Halt! Do you have your travellers certificate? " the soldier said
"Uhh.... " Micreal and Alistor didnt know what to do.
