12 Double Punishment

The hunters dove some shaft devices to either angle of the roof and in the meantime, they pressed the buttons on each and cold waves skittered down the building and shut the roaring fire but the building had gone wholly unstable, flinching, and yet they could hear the sound of falling.

Beside them Ai, the white crane appeared. She was glowing in her silk dress.

"Ai, I had to…"

She ignored and hushed Bo with a finger, rolled her eyes off the Bo to Delun.

"Hi, Ai!"

"Let's bring you out of this stupid situation kid!" She stated and stood beside the corona ring, already she was wearing a scowling mask.

She opened her hands wide. A white light splashed out and Bo covered his eyes. The ring began to burn and turned to blossoms' of flames.

"Ahh, you are amazing Ai, thank you." Delun said, heaving a breath out of comfort.

"Zip your mouth Delun or I will kill you myself." She snapped.

"I would rather die in your hand baby. I don't want to wake up again and see me in a mere dark."

The ring faded away and Delun could eventually move and gazed down on his chest.

"Damn! How should I get rid of these marks?" Delun growled.

One of the hunters walked forward and Delun unintentionally stepped backward. The stranger removed the mask and he saw a pair of white blind eyes.

"What do you see Bena?" Another hunter said.

"Lashuka's servant drew these symbols! We must catch him before they bring him back again. I suggest you keep the marks for now. Until there are the marks on him he won't be able to go for another summon." She noted.

A shudder skittered through Delun's body. "Can we go home and talk about this?"

"No, you are coming with us to answer the questions." He turned to Bo and added, "Mr. Wong, you are in privation."

The leader of hunters said and pointed to two other ones to capture Bo and Delun. They stood behind them. The hunter girl wore her mask.

"Ai, what is wrong?" Delun asked surprisingly.

"Follow the orders Delun. Bo broke the law and you need to be fixed." She pointed to his marks.

They were supposed to listen to Ai's warnings that were a fresh thing. Anytime the king's hunters accept the responsibility of a matter the shadow Aligners were not allowed to break the law and interfere. He knew that very well but he couldn't leave Delun to die there.

"Your Queen card! We would record it." The head of the hunters claimed it. His tune remained serious and somehow scary as if he was talking to a dark world member.

These people were not simple recruiters that you could violate so Bo had only one door to enter, for now, following them, despite his dismay. He looked away from him as protest and handed him the Queen card. He removed his helmet and felt the air, untied his black hair, letting it dance along with the fresh air. His dark brown eyes blazed.

"What else I should do?" He gazed at the masked hunter's eyes directly. He was a daring boy and had the look of hunters themselves. He could become one of them once he learned the Aligners' lessons and enhanced his level of skills.

"Ai, take his diamond, first!" Again, the man added after Bo's reminding.

Ding! It was a double punishment and Ai had no objection to declare. She knew that they won't ignore this simply like her.

Ai lift a finger and the diamond separated from his chest, it was the unbearable part and he clenched his fist. It crossed the uniform, flew in the air, and sat in Ai's hand. She turned to her crane shape and flew away.

Either of the hunters gripped the boy's arms and vanished. Appearing down the building, they walked to the black armor cars. Ordering the Aligners to take the casts to the Immortality court for being questioned.

Jack was hiding behind a pillar, filming the situation. One of the hunters appeared in front of him, grasped the camera in a blink of an eye and the shocked Jack remained speechless.

The hunter's eyes were yellow and it was saying that one of the king's hunters was a holy fay-werewolf that had gotten rare skills like appearing around as fays did.

He went on stressful hiccups as everything happened all of a sudden. His eyes shifted on the captured Bo and another young blubbery man who was half-bare in panda short!

On his upper body, there were nail marks and blood dried on his chest; He couldn't rub his eyes off them until they got into a car and it meant that Bo Wong just quitted the match hopefully got enough thick skin to survive the fire.

"Oh man, these freak guys are so scary!" Jack blurted. Then took out his cellphone to check over the video he had recorded wisely.

He sneered as he noticed the video was there. Beginning to record the rest of the drivers who got into their cars. The game continued and the flying seekers were activated, following each driver.

"Wasn't that guy Bo's best friend? I am sure that was his best friend! What is going on here?" Jack remembered Delun and floated in his astonishment. He was glad that finally could record a high-quality video from hunters.

There was no video from them out there and this one could act as a bomb without fuse right after being published. They were not the folk that prowling around and taking selfies with people. They were the king's secret society and yes, as important as that.

At the same time, his cellphone rang again.

"Hey man, I survived the throng inside the track! Tell me what did you get?" Maria asked curiously and inwardly begged for a piece of good news.

"I got a huge fish from the brutal ocean, Maria." He proudly answered.

"I am stunned. The drivers are getting back I must get back to see who would win although it became boring already!"

"Ohhh, boring? Why is it boring? Don't tell me that you like that Bo!"

"Shut up, Jack! No relish! Move your fat ass and come here! I will take you to my uncle tonight." She wanted to give him the prize that he deserved but he had no inkling that how strict her uncle was. She smirked as imagined that her uncle might help Jack burn that fat tummy.
