In a secluded cherry blossoms forest, a couple could be seen cuddling each other in their embrace near the riverbank. A man and a women.

The women was called Fan Wei Lan. She was wearing a simple white hanfu. Her hair was half up into a bun, held by a beautiful silver hair ornament with dangling crystals and pearls. Her skin was white and dewy, a sign of a healthy well-taken care of skin. Her cheeks was flushing with a pink colour, close to the cherry blossom's colour. Her lips were naturally coloured a juicy cherry red colour. Her eyes were an enchanting light brown colour, her eyelashes were long and curled. On the bottom of her left beautiful eyes, there could be seen three little beauty marks aligned in a little curve following her round eyes. Those beauty marks didn't make her ugly, rather those beauty marks enchanted her beautiful features even more. She was a rare beauty.

The man holding her in his embrace didn't lose as well in terms of looks. His long straight hair was tied up in a simple bun with a blue ribbon. His face was sharp and heavenly defined, showing his masculinity. His eyes were dark and cold like the void, many women even males can't help but wonder what is inside those pair of eyes. Those eyes could suck in any passing women attention. He was a tall men, his masculine body build accompanied by his height was a match made in heaven. This man was one of the most handsome man in this dynasty.

In the breezy wind, the man and the women cuddled with each other tighter and tighter to share their warmth. In the midst of their cuddling section, the man spoke.

"Wei Lan, We have been in love with each other for two years now. Don't you think it's already the perfect time for us to get married?"

"Feng-gege, Wei Lan is not ready for marriage. Wei Lan is still young and lately Wei Lan is being noticed by the Empress. Wei Lan is afraid that the Empress may bestow Wei Lan a marriage in the near future."

"Don't worry Wei Lan, I, Liu Yi Feng, the crown prince of this country will make sure that my mother, the Empress will not bestow you a marriage with a man other then me, You shall be my crown princess, the only women of this crown prince."

If I said that I was the crown prince of this country, You wouldn't put your guard down, you wouldn't look at me. Hiding my identity is the only choice I had. I'm sorry Wei Lan, Will you forgive me? Will you marry me? I'm already possessed by you, please marry me. I will ask mother and father to bestow us a marriage decree" Yi Feng said while looking at Wei Lan with pleading eyes.

"Feng-gege...no...Your royal highness, please forgive this lowly one. This lowly was stupid enough to believe his royal highness, from now on this lowly one will keep her distance with your royal highness. This lowly shall leave his royal highness right now" Wei Lan said while breaking out of her lover embrace and bowing to him before leaving.

"Wei Lan, please forgive me... I will never lie to you again!!" Yi Feng said while holding Wei Lan wrist to prevent her from leaving.

"Your royal highness please let Wei Lan go... Wei Lan needs to cool her head down" Wei Lan said to Yi Feng with teary and pleading eyes.

Her pleading worked, Yi Feng let her wrist go. Wei Lan ran out of the forest as fast as she could with teary eyes.

"Wei Lan!! You can run away now but our marriage is unavoidable, I will ask father emperor and mother empress to bestow us our marriage. You are more than fit to become my crown princess." Yi Feng said as he watches Wei Lan leave the cherry blossom forest.

In a bedroom, there could be seen a young maiden crying, leaning against her bed mattress. It's seems as if the young maiden was upset. It looks like she was betrayed by someone.

In tears the maiden kept whispering words, "I hate Feng-gege, I will never marry him" "I hate the Imperial Palace, they were the cause of my mother death, I will never forgive them, I will never forgive them, I will never forgive them, I will never forgive them..."

The young maiden repeated those words until she fell asleep.
