From Elektra's standpoint, Mithras was teleporting with each step, bypassing lines and barriers. But in truth, he was just relying on Quantum Tunneling to phase through it all at the speed of light—traveling to the plains north of the capital. 

There, verdant grassland spread as far as the eyes could see, with the occasional red oak tree popping out in isolated corners. Mithras stopped at one such tree, lowering Elektra on a bed of green pasture.
