13 CHAPTER 13
Kendra's POV
I was surprised to see Kyle behind me smiling at the man but then I was shocked to see that Kyle had emptied the content of the gun the man was previously holding on to Mr muscle's legs
I felt pity for him because all the bullets that were in his gun were all currently in his legs and luckily fortunate for him, he was obviously gonna be crippled for his whole lifetime
"What are you gonna do about the traces the gun might have about you?" I asked him
"I have my ways" he replied, now that was definitely not the answer I expected, I expected something much more detailed
"Uh...okay" that's all I said
"Yeah now let's go" he replied

The walk was quiet as we walked deeper into the forest, my mind couldn't just focus, I swear I can't count the number of rocks I kicked, I just couldn't focus because of what just happened, who were those people? Why was Kyle's brother trying to rape me? What did I do wrong? One spiked me like barbed wire poisoned with poison ivy; Where were we going? Only this one just brought more questions which I won't mention I wondered what Kyle felt like only to turn towards him to see him incredibly unaffected by what happened and I didn't miss the way his eyes flashed green like when he had the red Superman eyes, but this one is a different color

"Where are we going?" I asked him since he wasn't affected
."I don't know" was all he said and I broke my thoughts to him
"How could you not know? Huh? We're presently walking in the forest in the middle of Nowhere and you're saying you don't know? Kyle, we have to go back to school I really ne-"
"Oh my gosh!!! Can you just shut the fuck up!!!??" He cut me off
Omfg he just told me no, screamed at me to shut up
"Hey!!! How can I shut up!? Huh!? Just tell me how!! I'm currently standing in the middle of nowhere, in a forest and one that I know not of! And you're telling me to shut the fuck up?!!" I exploded
"You're making me unable to think! And you're extra burden to me!!" He shot back with a look of anger in his eyes
"Look, Kyle, I have no one, just no one in this place for me to run off to for help, I have no home here in Britain and I also have no next of kin in this area, so if anything happened, I'm on my own" I said feeling sad and angry
"Look I'm not sorry okay, even if I'm the one that brought you into this mess i feel nothing like remorse" he replied a little too harshly and I hated him at that moment
I wanted to say something but i couldn't just make myself say it, I dunno why
"Uhm Kendra, I'm sorry...for uh ...saying that to you that way, I was just too angry and stressed out... I'm sorry" kyle apologized, to me,me, me he just fucking apologised to me
"I don't mean to hurt you or anything but...uh...can I...uhm...kiss you?? He sounded like he was about to crash dead if I said no
"Um...okay, sure" I replied, then he pressed his lips on mine
The kiss weirdly held no emotions and I never expected my first kiss to be like this, and in a forest this is just so weird, I wanted to pull out before I, we both heard an ear piercing male scream, screaming
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"
I turned to where the sound came from
Only to see Kyle's second looking all angry and a little hint of sadness showed but he let the emotions hide unlucky I had caught them
"No! Kendra, why'd you kiss him?!!, why just why?" The last part came out as a whisper
"Huh?? Why shouldn't I kiss him? Its not like I've picked interest in you so why bothe-" I was cut off by what startled me the most
"I'm Kyle! I'm fucking Kyle!! not that monster over there that you kissed, that is Kor El my brother!" Then his eyes became red as blood as he lounged to the guy I kissed whom I'm confused if he's the real Kyle or not then, just then, his eyes swapped color to pure emerald green, that's when I noticed Kyle's eyes are blue and his brothers green I had not kissed Kyle but I kissed Kyle's brother Kor El
He smirked towards my direction and said
"Nice lips you got there girl, I'm definitely not lucky to have stolen your first kiss" he said then he laughed bitterly before Kyle pounced on him and began dismantling his face

Kyle's POV
I can't believe it, I just can't believe Kendra had kissed kor El its annoying to see your own blood brother and a twin in This matter kiss your crush that you had been planning to kiss all this while, but he just kissed her, I bet that kiss was empty, I bet it held no emotions
"Come on Kyle, why are you so mad, I've said I'm sorry, you know what I won't even apologize again cause-" he cut me off
"I'm not mad at you, I'm mad as at why I have an identical twin evil villain brother, that can take my place and act like me, I hate it!!''

"So what will I do?" I asked him
"Come, gimme a hug," I did just that
"Now close your eyes" and I did then immediately I felt nauseous almost threw up but I couldn't do that.
I opened my eyes only to see Kyle staring intently at me.
"What?" I asked him
"Have I ever told you something?"
"Um... You've told me many things I can't count" I reply him
"Out of those many things, have I ever told you that you are beautiful? Huh? Think about it now close your eyes again" he said, wow did he just tell me I was beautiful, has he ever told me that before ohh now my heart is beating five hundred quadrillion times half a second ahhhhhhh
I felt hands on my cheeks and I swear if I was white my blushwill make me as red as a very ripe pepper
"You can open them now" he said
As I opened my eyes his white pearls greeted me i just smiled at him
I looked around and guess where we were
AT THE SCHOOL'S ENTRANCE
"How did we... " I started "...end up here"
His laugh filled in the space of the tension I had
"After everything you've seen you still can't decipher all the things I can do? By the way, lemme tell you where I'm from".
"Uhhh... okay sure tell me" I reply him
"I am a kryptnite, take note not kryptonian but kryptnite, I am from Krypt it's my planet, I am not an earth person I and my brother are princes in krypt, I left because I was not willing to be royalty so I came to earth where people can't decipher what I was and also one more thing I should let you know about Is that... I can read minds"
Watdafuck did he just say? did I hear him correctly, he can read what!!!! I wonder if he can hear what I'm thinking about right now
"You're different from everyone here, you want to know why? "
I had to answer.
"Why?"
"I cannot read your mind, I don't know why but I just can't. Each time I try, I fail miserably" that stirred up the laughter in my stomach
Kyle must be bluffing...
