Second Match...

As the Third Round started, Yujiro changed once more.

In the last fight, Zayd had overwhelmed his opponent. In this fight, so far, it was in Zayd's favour once more.

However, Yujiro was a different type of opponent. Until now, Zayd had walked over Yujiro. Although this was the case, Yujiro had immense experience with fighting in the ring.

Yujiro's guard had become new. His hands hovered in different places than before.

As Zayd went on the offence, Yujiro tanked the shots while minimising the damage.

To an inexperienced viewer, the situation looked horrible.

For Yujiro, it was a gateway for opportunities.

Yujiro had been unable to land clean shots on Zayd as his range was too good. Zayd was able to defeat Yujiro in terms of movement, defence and offence. To combat this difference, Yujiro wanted to take the shots and send some back.

With this tactic in mind, he got Zayd to a point where Zayd would be unable to dodge.

BAM!

Yujiro hit Zayd with a solid Left Hand Straight that clipped his chin slightly.

Zayd wanted to retaliate with a Right Hook to target the difficult to defend side.

Yujiro rolled under the Hook and landed a clean One Two combo.

Moving back, he stepped around and pressured Zayd into the corner.

Now, Zayd got manipulated under Yujiro's control like a marionette and a puppet master.

Yujiro had experience fighting on the inside- he pulled Zayd's guard down and landed punch after punch.

Zayd could not move out of the way of the punches as the distance was so close.

As Zayd wanted to return a counter punch, Yujiro shut him down with an uppercut that stunned him momentarily.

Yujiro had disrupted Zayd's 'Rhythm', which had, in turn, flipped Zayd's 'Switch' off.

Zayd was not ordinary.

His 'Switch' was extraordinary.

In this moment, where he suffered a beating, he felt no pain, Zayd felt no fear, he felt no weakness.

Zayd felt even more alive than before.

The feeling of completion that fighting gave him was incomprehensible.

Suddenly amid the string of Yujiro's combos, Zayd's 'Switch' flipped.

Yujiro noticed that his punches felt less effective as the seconds passed.

Suddenly, Zayd used his hand and pulled Yujiro's hand down. That was framing in which Zayd controlled Yujiro to do what he wanted. In this case, what Zayd wanted was to open Yujiro's guard.

Surprised, Yujiro got struck with a punch from an unexpected angle. Had Zayd not pulled his arm, he would have been able to block the strike.

Getting out of the corner, Zayd had gotten out of trouble.

Yujiro knew that things were not convenient for him anymore.

With Zayd out of the corner, Yujiro's experience was mildly underwhelming against Zayd.

In Zayd's head, the 'Rhythm' came back.

Zayd peppered Yujiro with his Jab. Sometimes, Zayd would feint the Jab, but with the same Left Hand, he would throw a stunningly fast Left Hook that caught Yujiro wherever his guard was down. That was while he was Orthodox.

With that Left Hook, Zayd left Yujiro confused about which area the left Hook was going to target.

Zayd 'frightened' Yujiro with the Left Hook, which meant he was wary of the Left Hook.

Zayd used the Left Hook to make micro manipulations of Yujiro's movement.

Back in the 'Rhythm', Zayd had dealt a lot of damage to Yujiro.

Standing readily, the referee prepared to make a stoppage. However, Zayd was not going to allow that.

With a sudden Right Uppercut, Yujiro fell onto his back with his hands out on his sides.

He looked similar to the Kanji for Fire.

Once again, the Count got called out by the referee.

Yujiro did not move.

The fight was over: it was a stellar victory by knockout.

Once more, the people of the internet witnessed Zayd flourishing in the ring.

This time, the vitriolic voices on the internet had halted their questioning of Zayd's abilities.

Zayd had a troublesome part of the fight in the Third Round when he was in the corner. He had sustained a lot of damage in the viewers' opinion. That was not true- Zayd felt perfectly alright.

With the highlight reel going live, Zayd brought many views and lots of money to the organisation.

That got shown by the increase of purchased full fights.

Zayd stood out from the rest in the Competition. It was strange for Zayd to be receiving such attention in some people's thoughts.

Meanwhile, Zayd did not care about anything as he went home once more after winning.

The afterglow of the fight remained, and his elated attitude that would not dissipate was proof of that.

Eating, Zayd filled himself with his Aunt's delicious cooking as he relaxed his body.

Zayd felt his life was quite simple at the moment.

He woke up, went to School, trained his Boxing, fought against someone, then chilled.

Zayd had not forgotten about the Taekwondo videos- they were merely on hold for now, lest Zayd accidentally kicked his opponent by sheer reflex. It was a thing on the side for Zayd to continue later.

All of a sudden, Zayd began to feel a little woozy. A headache came out of nowhere and assaulted his mind with waves of pain.

"Aunt Naomi, can you please get me paracetamol? I have a mind-numbingly painful headache right now," Zayd said as he grasped his head between his hands.

Zayd had maintained intense focus throughout the fight- alongside that, Zayd was receiving punches to the head and the body.

That was the side of Boxing that most people never understand to a certain degree.

Once the fight was over, the fighters don't just feel better. They do get injured, and they certainly feel the pain.

However, it's how they make their living. If the fighters can't deal with the pain, they should not have made fighting their career.

It was as simple as that.

Aunt Naomi handed Zayd some water along with the paracetamol tablets.

Putting the back of her hand on Zayd's forehead, she checked his temperature.

Zayd's forehead felt very hot.
