32 Chapter whatever number this is

Underneath the Kage office in a dark room with torches just barely lighting the place up there was a man sweating profusely. It was Akashi, he knew he would probably end up fighting Hashirama, so he had been training like hell. All the training exercises you could think of he did.

He had even created a new Jutsu that could maybe beat Hashirama but he needed to be in double sage mode. One part of his training was to try combining both sage modes, he could now combine both with the shadow clone technique however it was very difficult to maintain.

And it would take around 10 minutes to create. Plus he could only make 2 shadow clones or they would lose concentration and mess up the sage transformation. Because of the need to be in sage mode level 2, Akashi considered the new Jutsu to be a sage art instead of a normal Jutsu.

An Anbu member flickered in front of him. "Sir, the Raikage and the Tsuchikage have requested a meeting for battle plans in the upcoming war" "Where?" "They said they would have it in the cloud" "Ok, I will be there soon"

After cleaning himself up he grabbed all the things he needed and teleported to the cloud. This time he teleported straight into the office and sat down instead of teleporting to the gate. It was about 15 minutes until the Raikage and the Tsuchikage came in.

The Tsuchikage had white bandages all around him other than the eyes. He was called the non-person because of his ability to not have a detectable chakra signature. Well normally, in sage mode he could be sensed.

After getting situated they began the discussions. The Tsuchikage was the first to speak "Because we are the closest to the sand I think we should confront them, While the cloud fights with Konoha."

Akashi responded next "So, what will we do?" "you will send some troops to aid both of us." Akashi was ok with this so he just nodded.

"What about the Kage's?" said the Raikage. The Tsuchikage responded "I will take on the Kazekage and you will take on the Hokage" he said pointing at Akashi. "Ok, no problems but what about the Raikage?"

"I heard the first Hokage's brother is very skilled, he can take him on." the Raikage was a little upset he couldn't fight a kage but he wouldn't bother making a scene.

"I will have my Anbu captain help the stone fight with the sand." Akashi decided to help the stone in hopes of becoming allies, the more allies you have the better chance you have to win a war. Plus particle style is a very strong Kekkei Genkai that he didn't want to go up against

"Ok, that would be of great help" the Raikage got upset about this "We are allies and you won't give us any help!" he got up and slammed the table and gave a mean and cold stare at Akashi.

"For Konoha, I will give you enough troops to overpower them with numbers, with both our villages combined it won't take much." This made the Raikage calm down a little and he sat back down calmly.

Akashi felt bad for the table, they probably have to get a new one. But since the Raikage was a little angry he decided to get payback.

"I think we should have Kinkaku and Ginkaku fight your Anbu captain." Akashi stared at him confused "Why?" "Because I want to see if he is as strong as you make him out to be."

Akashi agreed to let the fight happen, he didn't know who would win but he assumed probably Kinkaku and Ginkaku. Akashi went back to grab Mangetsu. He told him he could only use the Twinswords. They then teleported back to the cloud.

It wasn't long until the battle started. Both brothers were not in tailed beast mode. Mangetsu was changing the form of the blade to whatever best fit. He was using the hammer the most because of the area it took up.

They were circling around Mangetsu but he was holding them off. The battle was mostly taijutsu and kenjutsu but occasional ninjutsu was thrown out. Then the brothers started to go into tailed beast mode.

Taking the opportunity Mangetsu turned the swords into giant blades and swung them with both hands at the side angle. Kinkaku and Ginkaku dodged, Kinkaku then pushed him onto a wall and trapped him there.

While that was happening Ginkaku was charging up a chakra beam ready to fire. The chakra beam then launched out of his mouth. Before it could reach them Akashi jumped into the middle, he weaved the hand signs and put a ton of chakra into his lungs

He then used Fire Release: Majestic Destroyer Flame: The pinnacle of Fire Release techniques, chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth and shaped into a literal sea of flames, which covers a wide range as well. This makes the technique extremely difficult to either avoid or contain, with it requiring the combined efforts of several Water Release users in order to extinguish the flames.

But unlike the original, he put it all into a much smaller area so it was concentrated. The fire and the chakra beam collided causing a huge explosion.

In the explosion, Akashi grabbed Kinkaku and threw him on the ground. "Isn't this enough for a spar Raikage?" the Kage grunted "Yes it's fine" the 2nd (1st in original) shinobi war would start soon.
