Tournament
I'm done with the second task now tomorrow is the tournament 'this should be easy enough' i thought while walking around the village, I looked at the street and heard some people gossiping about who will win.
'I'm sure, I'm going to win this whole tournament...' I thought. I walked around the village for a bit 'the team that has passed are 3 kumo genins, 2 from konoha, 1 from Iwa, 4 from suna'. I hear someone calling me and I looked back and saw Yuto-sensei.
"Hisato congratulation for passing the second task," he said, "Thank you sensei," I said calmly
"You might wanna prepare yourself because some of the contestants are strong," he said seriously. I nodded and go back to the hotel.
-Next Day-
I woke up and stretch my body I looked from the window and saw a crowd of people here
"Must be because of the chunin exam" I showered then put on my clothes.
I go up to the roof and jumped from there because it's too crowded in the streets. I run to the arena, it took me a while but I made it.
I went to the waiting room.
When I got there I saw the other participants
some of them are using a sword or a fan.
We waited for a while for the others to come.
The proctor comes in and says "This is the tournament bracket" he shows them
"the rule is simple you must knock out your opponent or they forfeit and try not to kill each other in the process"
I looked at the bracket 'I'm fighting a shinobi from suna' I use observe on my opponent and he is Lv [58] he is hiding something on his scroll and he carries something that's covered in a bandage
'This guy must be a puppeteer if he carrying a big scroll like that, he may be using poison to attack me'

I mostly ignore the fight until it's my turn I jumped from the waiting room and stand there waiting for my opponent he comes down and the referee tells us to start.
He's just standing there waiting for me to make the first move, I rushed toward him and punch him in the gut and upper kick him in the face he flew off and landed on the ground not moving.
then I jumped backward from my spot and hands come out of the ground 'I knew it'. His body started to reveal as a puppet and he came out from the bandage 'Heh can't fool me, I already know because it's one of kankuro tricks'.
"You expect an easy win huh? well too bad for you" I coated my leg in lightning and appear in front of him, I kick him and he was sent flying I created a shadow clone and both of us use

He landed on his feet and 2 puppets protect him from my jutsu, he then makes 1 puppet attack me while the other defends him. The puppet attacks me and I block its attack.
I use my [Sharp Nail] and combined it with my taijutsu, I pierce it in his chest, suddenly half of its body open up and throw a poison bomb at me. I back up and he still firing poison bombs at me 'Shit, if I get hit with the poison it will make my second fight harder'.
Lightning covered my feet and I run toward him at jounin speed his puppets expanded and he entered the body and his body become
a dome, I pierce it with my nails and I got to manage to hit him in his arm.
His puppet suddenly let out a giant poison smoke 'Is he crazy? he will get the poison too' I recreate a kunai paper bomb and throw it at him. The kunai exploded creating a giant smoke when the smoke disappeared he is unconscious.
"The winner is Hisato Arashi," the referee said, the crowd cheered, and I go back to the waiting room 'I got poisoned, my HP is slowly draining but I can hold this for an entire day because of my skill, I can't recreate an antidote because I don't know what kinda poison is this'.
after the first bracket are done the proctor said "We will move on to the next fight because we only have 5 more contestants we decided that the final will be a battle royale".
the proctor told us to go down and we all jump 'so 2 of them are from Kumo and the other 2 are from suna' I observe them and Kumo shinobi are level [62] and [64] and the Suna are level [59] and [60].
The referee said "Start". All of them rushed to me " So you guys are going to take out the one without a team first" They barrage me with kunai and jutsu. I jumped and equipped my sword they throw kunai at me [Switch Style: Speed] I block them all and when I landed on the ground my body starting to emit electricity.
I channel a moderate amount of chakra to my sword. I rushed toward the weakest one and slash him super fast with my blade a huge gash appears on his body.
"Cloud-style: Crescent moon beheading" one of the Kumo shinobi yelled and swing their sword in a single, large, crescent moon-shaped arc.
I jumped out of the way and it slashed the suna shinobi, the other suna shinobi attack the Kumo shinobi, he got caught off guard and got stabbed in the arm, they began battling. The other Kumo shinobi wanted to help but I block him.
"hey your opponent is me" I swing my sword and he blocked it with his own, I try to stab him again but failed as he blocks it.
[Switch style: Power] I hold my sword to my waist and prepare my stance. He swing his sword down and I slashed it with my sword breaking his sword and creating a deep gash wound on his body.
I kick him away and go to the other two that's fighting they are both on low health so I use
[Lightning Style: Calamity Discharge] they both got caught in my Jutsu they both got damaged and paralyzed. I use my taijutsu and punch them rapidly and ending it with a strong one. They both got knocked out and the referee said "Winner Hisato Arashi". The crowd cheered and I go back to the waiting room.
After that's done the hokage said we will go back to konoha tomorrow, I go to suna hospital to treat the poison. I go back to the hotel and my team celebrated for me, Haruka apologizes to me and realized her mistake.
-3 days later-
We arrived at konoha faster because of the reduced numbers. The hokage wanted me in his office, I walked there I arrived at the hokage office and knock the door " Come in" he said, I walked in.
The hokage said "Congratulations Hisato you have won the chunin exam and we have discussed your promotion, we decided we will give you the Chunin rank. I hope you keep up the good work". " Thank you Hokage-Sama," I said to him and leave.
I walked back to my home and sit on my bed
"finally chunin rank" I said as I slept.
