13 Sword Training

Today I finally meet Hayate-sensei. I'm waiting for him to come to training ground 5, he used Body Flicker and appeared in front of us. He coughs a little "so this is the kid that I have to teach?" he looked at me and scan me "alright kid let's see what you got " he handed me a wooden sword and signaled me to attack him

I rushed in and tried to slash my sword to his left rib, he seems surprised but still manages to block it easily. I tried to feint him by aiming at the same spot and change direction to attack the right rib, he blocked my attack and signaled to stop

"You got some speed there but, you're still easy to read," he said, smirking. "Thanks, this is my first time using a sword," I said. He coughed and says "what's your name kid".

"my name is Hisato". "Hisato from now on you will call me sensei," he said.

"Yes, Hayate-sensei" I exclaimed. "Meet me tomorrow at training ground 9 after you are done with your team," he said, coughing.

I take my leave and went to hang out with my friend "you're gonna learn how to use a sword? that's cool man" Yosuke said.

"Yeah, I'm going to learn it tomorrow, did you guys learn anything?" I asked. "My father is teaching me chakra control exercise," said Haruka. We chatted around for an hour and leave.

I strolled around the village and see Ichiraku ramen shop 'wonder how it's tastes like'. I entered the shop and I saw Naruto there

'What a surprise' I thought. He saw me and says "Ah! Hisato what are you doing here".

"I wanted to try to eat this place for once!" I ordered pork ramen and taste it

"hey this is kinda delicious" after that I and Naruto just eat there together for a while and I take my leave.

It's already afternoon I went to my house and start to train with my sword until evening. I go to sleep early.

-The next day-

I'm done doing missions and walking towards training ground 9 when I got there I saw Hayate-sensei with a purple-haired girl 'probably Yugao' I thought. "Hayate-sensei" I exclaimed. "You finally arrive Hisato," he said while coughing

"Yugao this is my new student his name is Hisato," he said. "Nice to meet you Yugao-san," I said. "Nice to meet you too," she said calmly. "Hayate-Sensei we can start now"

after that, we begin our sword training.

-1 month later-

It's been 1 month since I started my training on the first day Hayate-sensei is just teaching me the basic stance and fixing my stance, a week later I get used to my training and Hayate-sensei teaches me sword techniques and tell me to train it first.

Today Hayate-sensei wanted me to spar with Yugao by only using a wooden sword.

"Are you both ready?" he said. Me and Yugao nodded

"fight!!" he said.

I ready my stance and wait for Yugao to strike first, we are both waiting until Yugao rushed to me and aimed it above my head, I block it and tried to strike her on the gut. She dodges it and aimed at my shoulder, I'm ready to block it but she feints her attack and hit me in the neck.

I fall and my neck still hurts. "Winner of this match is Yugao, if that's a real sword then you be dead by now so be more careful," Hayate said. "Yes sensei," I said. Yugao looked at me with a smug face.

'What's with that smug face, If I were allowed to use jutsu then I will be the winner right now' I thought kinda mad. "Well we can continue this tomorrow," Hayate said, we then start to leave the area.

It's almost evening and I'm walking through the village heading to my home, 'for the past few weeks Naruto and his friend kept coming to my home and it's kinda annoying me for a bit but, we started to become friends, though some of them still calling me Hisato-san.' I thought.

When I got near the treehouse I saw two drunk guys searching for something. They saw me and one of them said "Hey kid!! did you see that demon brat here" he exclaimed.

"I don't know," I said with a bored face.

The second one starts yelling "don't you lie to us or I will beat you up with that demon brat right now, I didn't waste 2 hours here searching for him".

I thought 'This is so troublesome if I let them go they probably call for their friends or something and they will discover my home'.

"Fine I know where he is follow me," I said, I start walking deeper into the forest and they are still following me, after a while, I stopped.

"Where is he? don't you dare lie to us" he yelled. I sighed and activated my [Sharp Nail]

and pierce him through his head.

The second one started to panic and crawls away, "Where are you going?" I said in a boring tone. "Please spare my life, I'm sorry," he said loudly

"Sorry can't let you live, you just going to annoy me even more," I said and stab his heart. "Huh, looks like killing doesn't affect me anymore". 'it's not that important if a civilian goes missing'.

I recreate some water and clean my hand and I created a hole and dump their body then filling it with dirt. "Now that's done I better head home," I said nonchalantly.

When I got there I saw Naruto there alone, "what are doing here this late Naruto?" I said, he grinned "Well the other have some business to do, so I came here alone and played some of your game and I didn't notice the time hehe"

'looks like he didn't notice two guys following him'. "Naruto it's already nighttime why don't you just sleep here," I said. He got excited and says "really?". "Yes," I said.

We just eat together, watched the TV and I told him to be more careful when coming here. Naruto is sleeping in a separate room and then I go to sleep.

-Tomorrow-

I woke up pretty early in the morning and I wake up Naruto so he can go to the academy. I recreated his clothes and we went out on our separate way before he yelled

"Hisato thanks for letting me in your house!".

I yelled back "It's alright but, don't let it become a habit".

I went to training ground 5 and meet my teams, we went to the Hokage office to take the mission. "Can we get a C rank mission now? I'm bored doing all of this D rank mission" I said to Yuto-sensei

Yosuke says "Yeah it's getting boring can we get a C rank" with a pleading expression. "I couldn't agree more we need a C rank mission," Haruka said.

"Fine if you want it so much we take the

C rank" Yuto said angrily. "Hell yeah finally a C rank mission," I said loudly.
