When I finally got to the end of the district in a hurry because of my thoughts telling me to do evil and kill everyone there cause of how I felt very 'unlike' them or them talking and whispering hurtful things to me.

With a blurr, a very black, six-eyed dog monster appeared and hit my stomach out of nowhere.

"Woof woof woof" My dog barked in excitement which made me chuckle and hug my cute little doggy which was as big as half my size.

"Hahaha Rover ! Did you miss me already ? I was gone for some hours and you already miss me you spoiled fuck haha" I said with a laugh as I rub its head and look at his big eyes which were looking back at me innocently while enjoying my rubs.

"Woof woof woof !"

Rover's eyes are ruby-colored and seem to have a glow. He has very large fangs and four toes per paw. His fur is very shaggy and roughed up, especially on the outer part, whereas the inner part of its body presents less hair and shows clearly its muscles. And he has no visible ears or a nose.

It was sometime ago that I found out about my new abilities that made me excited beyond belief.

'Status'

I open up my status screen to look at the two abilities that didn't have a description before but now...

[ Humanoid shifting : You can control the outwards looks of your subjects and how should they be like. For example When turning somebody to a monster, You can decide what their appearance should look like, their size and some of their personalities.

You can also change the appearance of non monster living beings if the said individuals don't resist your genetic manipulation that will happen to them.

Note / Your interference with this manipulation ability may affect what monster powers the said individuals will inherit according to what you pictured in your mind.

Note / If you don't interfere with the monsterification process, then the subjects may change according to their own deepest desires and get abilities made from those desires ]

I still remember that day when I found a very weak white dog that was malnourished and was about to die from old age in the death forest I visited sometime ago.

I pitied the thing and really wanted to help but I knew nothing could be done at that time cause the dog was already dying.

That was when something told me inside that I could actually do something about this.

I followed my instincts that was telling me that If I gave some blood to this dog, it could be saved.

I approached the laying dog that was breathing hardly, I grabbed its head gently and slowly, one of my fingers elongated with its end turning sharp, then my finger slowly dug the neck of the dog and I started to pump blood into it.

I remember at that time some memories of me meeting the Rover dog inside the base of the monster association in the one punch man world emerged suddenly in my mind but I didn't know that this sudden thought will change this dog exactly into Rover.

I remember how the poor pup started to shake uncontrollably after I removed my finger from his neck. His fur began to fall quickly, his skin started pile off of his body and how every part of its body started to reconstruct and change to what I imagined.

After some more minutes of watching a dog being tortured who couldn't even let out a sound because of it being just some bloody organs at that point where it was regenerating new cells and muscles around its visible bones which I am sure it may have hurt really bad.

Finally, the process stopped by this cutie emerging from a useless pile of fur and meat he threw out.

I was really bamboozled by the sight with my mouth and eyes wide open. After that, with a ding, the sound of the status details change woke me up which made me throw my confused pet dog in the air for minutes straight because of how happy I was at this new ability I got.

And for Rover, he behaves like a guard dog. He is a diligent and loyal protection animal, he does not instantly grow hostile toward intruders, And he neither attacked nor followed anyone except me or my parents.

Well, Tsunade knows about him. At first, she freaked out at his appearance but later she opened up and now, she immediately start to cling to him whenever she sees him and Rover actually loves the attention he gets from her.

Also, I released a command on him and didn't let him get away from my house that far away, so not many people saw him...yet.

I also hate noisy things and annoyance but Rover even though dumb, like if anyone just say 'sit' to him, he will sit down immediately even if the word came out of the enemies mouth which I am working on to make him better in that part so that only the familiar people could order him around.

So as I said, even tho he is dumb sometimes, he is quite intelligent and doesn't cause trouble which I was grateful for because I am more of a wolf person than a dog, so maybe my very comsposed and calm like nature passed down to him and calmed him down much to my relief.

And for my parents, At first my dad was suspicious because of how weird he looked but after seeing Rover being docile and nice he just shrugged at it and thought of it as a unique chakra beast.

As for my mom, she was calm about it much to my surprise but then I smiled and thought of her not wanting to break my heart because of how happy I was when I asked for her permission.

And for Rover's combat capabilities, he is a peak genin but I am sure he will become a very overpowered dog in the future, even rivaling the weaker tailed beasts which was a plus and what I actually expected from him to become.

I don't know what abilities he got after he became a monster but I am sure it must be one of his original powers where he could throw balls of energy like bijudamas.

For now, I only know he has some weaker regeneration ability that he inherited from mine and stronger body than many dogs out there, I bet he is even stronger than the dogs of the Inuzuka clan. And I am very sure if their dogs meet Rover, they will immediately know how inferior they are to him and will start to worship him as the alpha of alphas hehe.

*lick woof woof lick*

"Now now stop licking me, it's really disgusting and sticky. let's go back and eat the meat I bought recently, alright ?" I said with a smile to him and he nodded excitedly.

I then slowly approach and put down Rover infront of his house which I built it big enough to fit him in.

"Sit here and don't get away" I said to him and he obediently sat while looking at me going back inside my house.

As I go back inside my house, I found my father sitting in the living room while looking at the ceiling in boredom...

"You are back" He said tiredly without bothering to look at me.

"Yeah" I replied.

"Let's go to the storage room, I have something to tell you" He said and I nod at him then we made our way to our storage room.

As we arrived there, we were greeted by nothing really special about the plain small room except for a chest laying beside a wall that was covered by dust.

My father approached the chest and he did a hand seal which made the key hole of the chest glow blue for a second, then with a click, the chest opened to reveal some worn out warring state period outfit that was not useful to wear anymore.

I just look at my dad who went towards the chest and pulled out the clothes then put them aside, after he pulled out some other things like Kunai and shurikens, he put his hands inside the chest and pulled out a sharp shining blade with handle that was wrapped in black leather.

"This is the Tanto I used in my battles 16 years ago that my elderly father gave me when I became the clan head at your age" He said with a nostalgic smile while looking at the Tanto.

He turned to look at me with his smile still on "And son, now that you have grown up and even made me proud that as such a young age, you became so rich without any guidance from me, I want to give the mantle of being the clan head to you. Are you ready to shoulder taking care of your people ?" He said seriously while looking up at me.

Many will expect something grand in this situation but my clan is in no shape to celebrate things like this when no one is there anymore to do that.

I look down at my dad who was infront of me with the Tanto held forward me "Yes !" I said firmly and held the Tanto in my hand which made me really uncomfortable as I don't really like cold weapons.

'After this much time and training, me holding a cold lifeless weapon to fight is just an insult to my body and disrespect to myself' I thought while looking at the scrap of iron in my hand as if I was holding some pile of dog sh-

"Then good luck my boy ! My only advice for you is to be careful of the konoha clan meetings that's held occasionally" He said as he made his way outside the room while I just looked at my dad's new wrinkles and hair which was becoming gray by the day.
