Ch 19: Law's method

From nowhere, Law appeared, bringing a heavily injured Sea-King.

" ….. "

" What?"

Tenma shook his head. Didn't he ask Law to bring a small fish? Which part of this ten-meter-long Behemoth is a Small Fish?

Still, he didn't want to waste any of his energy complainings.

Sea King or small fish, heck, even if it's an injured prisoner, as long as Tenma could try to use his Medical Jutsu on them, then everything is okay.

However, the road to Rome was still distance away for Tenma.

Just when Law gave his approval, Law's observation Haki suddenly picked up something strange.

The Sea King. When Tenma put his Mystical Palm jutsu on it, his life force didn't increase at all.

Tenma and Law sat near a fireplace.

And as he turned his back, Law had a solemn look on his face.

" Tenma, there's too much unrest in your mind. Next, do it again but try not to think too much. Sometimes, the one that holds back your talent is your unsettlement."

Said Law before he returned to his usual resting position. Leaving Tenma in Agape looks.

To be honest, Law's words had really struck Tenma.

Law was right. He thought way too much.

What if he failed? What if he succeeds? What if he couldn't do this? What if he was not actually talented in this?

There were too many What ifs in Tenma's heart, and without him noticing, it had chained him down.

And now, Law's words had made Tenma realize where he might be missing.

Especially after feeling Law's killing intent before.

It felt like the thoughts that had been weighing him down for so long were no longer that fearsome.

A smile arose in Tenma's mind as he felt like he had just gone through an epiphany.

He looked at Law with a grateful look, which Law also nodded back at him as he threw a dead fish that had died for almost three hours.

" This…"

"Okay. Now is the training time. Concentrate on completing the training and start training!"

"Yes!"

Law's words barely fell. But Tenma already gave a serious reply as he cast his gaze on the dead fish in front of him.

' Damn that Law-Sensei. He must be deliberate before. Still, I'm also thankful for his guidance.'

No longer chained by his own thought, Tenma deep took a deep breath. He controlled Chakra in his hand and slowly placed it on top of the dead fish.

Also, at the same time, Tenma's eyes became much more dignified.
