Meeting Itachi (4 - End)
Itachi and I continued to speak to one another after I managed to convince him about my biological science expertise.
Once this fact was made clear, we began making plans about when and where to meet up so that I can take a look at his disease to begin my diagnostics.
In the end, we decided that our first private meetup will be within a week from now. Itachi said that he and Kisame will stick around while they rest.
To explain about why they're sticking nearby to rest, he even openly told me about the backlash of him using Tsukuyomi. He also explained that he and Kisame aren't together at all times, and he will have a short window of opportunity to occasionally meet up.
I didn't expect him to be so open, but I guess Itachi is Itachi. He had to make sure that I understood his position.
After we figured the details out, I said to Itachi: "Big brother, we have much to talk about. However, I think it's best for you to end your Tsukuyomi. I'm not too sure, but the backlash of this ability might also be worsening your disease."
I said this out of genuine concern for Itachi's health. I really wanted him to come back to Konoha.
The whole point of me wanting him to return is so that I can really rebuild the Uchiha clan.
It's true that I can raise this fallen clan once again with my cheating powers, but maintaining it is a whole process in itself. And I certainly don't want to deal with much of the process of maintaining the clan.
I just want to fuck around, so I needed this older brother of mines to be the person who can support the clan while I'm not around.
"Alright, but you need to understand that anyone who gets attacked with my Tsukuyomi should show grave mental strain. I need you to pretend to be in mental pain. Are you capable of that?" Itachi asked after considering that Tsukuyomi really does worsen his disease.
He feels the pain in his chest after every use of either Amertarsu or Tsukuyomi.
"Act? I'm the best at acting. Just leave everything to me!" I said proudly as I buffed the muscles of my right arm.
"Alright…" Itachi nodded and deactivated Tsukuyomi. The total hours of usage for Tsukuyomi is 72 hours, and considering that he only used two hours of his ability, he knew that he wouldn't suffer too much backlash.

My consciousness returned to the real world, and nothing has changed. Perhaps during the whole time I was in the Tsukuyomi world, only a fraction of a second had passed.
But like Itachi said, I pretended to be mentally hurt and screamed out: "ARGHHH!!!!"
"Sasuke!" Naruto worriedly called out.
Behind Itachi, Kisame chuckled after seeing the little Uchiha screaming in pain.
Itachi also used this time to release the hand of his little brother. There was no point in him fighting with his little brother anymore.
But the next moment… Everyone's face twitched.
"URGHH!! THIS IS TOO CRUEL, ITACHI! WHY DID YOU MAKE MILLIONS OF BEAUTIFUL GIRLS FOR ME TO FUCK!? WHY MUST YOU MAKE ME GO THROUGH THE PAIN OF BEING GIVEN THOSE GIRLS BUT NOT BEING ABLE TO FUCK THEM ALL DUE TO NOT HAVING ENOUGH STAMINA!!"
"AHHH!!!!!!"
Itachi's Wanted to smack Sasuke in the head for saying such nonsense. Just screaming in pain would suffice, but this fucking little brother of his has to go and say such unsightly thing.
Does he – Itachi Uchiha – really show those things to others? NO!
Kisame knew of Itachi's Genjutsu Powers, but for that guy to make millions of beautiful women to mentally attack his little brother… He had to admit that Itachi's methods of Genjutsu torture really are creative.
"Summoning: Mountain Toad Bind!" Jiraiya appeared at this moment right next to Itachi and Sasuke.
He was watching everything, and he wanted Sasuke to fight his own battle with the slaughterer or the Uchiha Clan, but he felt that he needed to intervene at this moment due to whatever Jutsu Itachi casted.
Once he appeared, he pulled Sasuke back and threw him towards Naruto. He also threw the sleeping woman on his shoulder towards Naruto.
This woman is the one that Itachi had casted genjutsu on to separate him – Jiraiya – from Naruto, the nine tailed Jinchuuriki.

The hotel began to turn into the mouth of the mountain toad, and the fleshy walls and floor began to stick onto Itachi and Kisame's body.
"Kisame." Itachi said as he turned around to run away. He didn't want to get into an altercation with Jiraiya because the battle would definitely get really big.
"Right." Kisame nodded and ran off with Itachi.
As Itachi ran, he saw that the fleshy walls were growing very fast. He knew that he had to use Amaterasu to burn the flesh to keep the wall opening large enough for him and Kisame to escape.
