Every team that passed the first exam had different looks on their faces. Some were worried, some were excited, and some had neutral faces.

We were then told to go off into a direction and stop at a gate with a certain number. It seems that they wanted every team to start off at a different entrance.

All three of us headed to the gate and the second exam soon began.

Once the door opened, we entered the death forest, and Naruto wanted to run in blindly, but I stopped him.

We had three days to complete the Exam, and to top it off, we still had to wait for Orochimaru's attack.

I recalled that Orochimaru would immediately head towards my direction to test out my strength. After that, the snake sannin plans to put a curse mark on me so that I will eventually go to crave for more power.

Once again, I cursed myself for being too weak at the current time. I probably won't be able to resist being marked. It's true that I was able to gain some cool abilities with the Skill Copying System, but I've yet to get an ability that enhances my overall capability.

I also didn't want to expose this skill copying ability of mine to Orochimaru, so I'll probably have to hide the copied skills like the Mind Transfer jutsu.

"What are you doing, Sasuke!? Why did you stop me from going in?" Naruto questioned, a little unsatisfied.

"Naruto! Sasuke must have his reasons." My simp immediately sided with me.

I looked at the two and said: "There's no need to rush and waste our energy to find people because they'll naturally come to us. We'll just slowly stroll towards the center tower of the death forest. We can change the plan depending on the situation later as needed."

I said so, but personally, I didn't think that it's a good strategy. Hunting people down is actually more my style.

However, regardless of what my team and I do, Orochimaru will find us. Therefore, I'd rather save my energy.

As expected, Orochimaru came and attacked the team.

Little did he know… I held back and just used barely enough strength to impress him. I was afraid that the Sanin might kill Sakura or Naruto if my strength isn't to his liking.

In the end, Orochimaru was very satisfied with my abilities, andI was marked with a Cursed Mark of Heaven.

However, he still burned the HEAVEN scroll, and he told me to run towards the top of the exams if I want more of the gift that I was given.
