6 Mission Complete

Author's note

I'm considering taking out one of the Konoha 11/12 because I'm too lazy to design three OC to make a full team for Kenji, maybe Tenten she never had importance for the plot.

Love interest is still in consideration, so any ideas besides Ino? Hinata is a no-go is overused and while she is cute, never liked her personality.

We didn't kept the promise, Naruto and I spend most of the night talking about becoming ninjas, of course he said he'll be the next Hokage, really this kid has a heart of gold, he left after having breakfast, it turns out his home is just a couple of blocks away, mom told him he can come and visit anytime.

Aunt Kurenai is currently watching a weird dating show of people having fast dates dressed as animals or monsters, if I ever dared to say something about this to someone I'll be death by the next morning, so is a well-kept secret of our family. I made some noise before approaching her, as a courtesy, a ninja of her level was well aware of my presence.

"Auntyyyy" I said, activating the puppy eyes jutsu.

"What do you want?" she replied, not following my game.

"Why do you think I want something? What if I just want to be with my favorite aunt in the whole world?" I counter, trying to keep up the act.

"First, I'm your only aunt" she said bluntly, "and second, you only call me aunty when you're scheming something or trying to get away of punishment, so what is it?" note to self I need to find a new strategy to get away with what I want.

"Fine, you caught me" I faked indignation, crossing my arms "I want you to train me to become a strong ninja like you"

"Why the rush? Next year you'll join the academy" she cut to the point.

"Because, yesterday when those kids were attacking Naruto, I realized that I didn't change anything, just put myself in danger, and if it wasn't for you that mean sir could have hurt me"

"Then stay away from problems, and you'll be able to avoid getting hurt" She wouldn't budge about not training me.

"But next year, the Instructors have to split their time between all the kids trying to become ninjas, how will I become strong without proper guidance?" I questioned her, proud of my 'flawless' logic.

"I was trained that way, and become this strong, your words not mine" she counter, with a super effective hit.

Time to take out the big guns, I haven't said it yet, and I'm already regretting it, but sometimes you need to make sacrifices to get what you want.

"Yeah, but you had grandpa and my dad to help you" I was right I feel like the worst person in the Six Realms "I have no one besides you, Mom is a civilian, she doesn't have brothers or sisters, Pops and Nana are civilians like mom, how can I get someone to help me if you refuse?" I attacked to her guilt and grieve, this wasn't common knowledge, but I remember from my past life, that her dad asked her to survive and give him a grandchild, in this case one besides me, it is weird how certain things remain unchanged even with my arrival to this world.

For a brief moment, sadness engulfed her expression, that was replaced by a sense of guilt and defeat, she sighed in exasperation, looking me in the eyes she opened her mouth before closing in again, reconsidering what she was about to say.

"Okay, I will train you, but just the basic stuff, nothing dangerous or advanced, but I have a few conditions, first, you have to promise to do everything I tell you to do, second never use your training to hurt others without reason, third even if you have reason you'll never hurt someone badly, a few superficial wounds are okay, but anything beyond that is unacceptable, and I'll make sure you never receive training nor become a ninja in the future." She said without hesitation or room for negotiation.

I nodded my head, letting her know I accepted all the conditions, she motioned for me to get closer to her and made me sit in front of her in a lotus position.

"I need you to close your eyes, and relax, you will feel some heat or discomfort, but don't move away from me, or you'll get injured and probably will lose the ability to use Chakra" She explained to me, putting a hand on my back.

Just like she said, I felt something warm on my back that slowly made is way towards my heart, and when the next heartbeat came the warm was spreading through my body following my blood, the cycle repeated three times, before she retired her hands, I was about to open my eyes when she started speaking.

"Keep relaxing, try to reproduce the sensation on your own, this is the most critical stage, I opened your Chakra Pathway System, but now you have to circulate it in your own, so the dormant Chakra inside you keeps it open, but be careful if you do it too fast you'll cripple yourself and if you do it too slow the process will end and will have to try again next week to let your body recover from exhaustion" She softly said to avoid disturbing my mind.

Now aware of the possible repercussions I kept circulating the little amount of Chakra she injected in me, until it was sucked towards the mouth of my stomach, awakening my own Chakra, that was absorbing the energy of my cells, when it finished that process it started circulating my whole body on its own, indicating it was done.
