19 Chapter 19

Today is the final stage of the Chunin exam. The audience part of the arena where the final was held was full and everyone was impatiently waiting for the finals to start.

"Let me introduce you to Karin. She is from the Uzumaki clan, so she is considered a relative of mine." Naruto said.

"Uzumaki Clan? Is there such a clan?" Ino asked.

"Yes there is, and it is a clan that has made a huge contribution to Konoha." Naruto said.

"Interesting. So why didn't the academy teach that there was such a clan?" Shikamaru asked with interest.

"I don't know why either but I think your father knows about it. You can ask him if you are very curious. There must be a few books in the library somewhere in the secluded corners if you want to learn otherwise." Naruto said.

"Hi, I'm Karin Uzumaki. Nice to meet you." Karin said while bowing.

"I didn't live in Konoha before. I met Naruto after a lot of events happened. Frankly, I was quite happy to find someone who was my family since I didn't have a very good life in the past. Anyway, then he said I could live with him in Konoha if I wanted to, and I accepted. So I'm living with Naruto right now." Karin said.

At that moment, Sandaime Hokage got up from his seat and approached the arena.

"Gentlemen and ladies, I would like to thank everyone who came to watch the chunin exams. Today we will watch 8 young genins who managed to reach the final, fight each other to become chunin. Let me not prolong it any further. I'm starting the final stage of the chunin exams now! Please let the participants take to the arena." Sandaime said.

"You said 8, but there are 7 people?" Kazekage, who was sitting next to the Hokage, said while looking at his 7 genins in the scene.

At that time a jonin was standing in front of the genins and was explaining the exam to them.

If he does not arrive on time, he will be disqualified. Then we can start the first fight. Everyone go to the waiting area, except for Naruto and Neji."

A short time later, the first fight of the final had finally begun.

They got into a physical fight after the two of them got very close to each other. They both distanced themselves from each other after fighting for a while.

Neji was thrown back by the sudden blow. For a moment, he was out of breath from the powerful blow he had received.

"What happened? I guess your destiny won't be able to help you?" Naruto asked with a grin.

Neji snorted as he gathered himself and got up from the ground. He saw that Naruto would disappear again when he stood up. Then, he suddenly said "Rotation" as he began to spin rapidly around itself.

Something like a dome-shaped blue shield appeared around him as he spins quickly.

"Hmph! Do you think that technique can stop me?" Naruto said.

Naruto quickly started running towards Neji and he swung his fist, using the strength he got from his speed. When his fist hit the blue shield, the shield instantly shattered, hitting Neji in the face.

After Neji fell to the ground with the blow of the fist and passed out, the referee of the match jumped onto the field and said, "Naruto Uzumaki is the winner of the match. The next match will be postponed as the person who will fight does not come, so we move on to the next match. Shino Aburame and Kankuro get down to the field."

The medical-nin had taken Neji to the infirmary while Jonin was speaking.

"He seems to be able to use the Kyuubi's chakra without any problems. It's a good thing we didn't attack him earlier, as we still don't know how advanced he is." Sandaime thought as he looked at Naruto.
