35 Chapter 33 Meeting The 7 Tails

'Alright, it shouldn't be too hard to talk to Chomei. During one of our Fuinjutsu classes, Father mentioned that the Eight Trigram seal isn't just a prison for the tailed beasts but a connection linked by using my own Mindscape. The best way to talk to Chomei is to gain access to this mindscape just like Naruto whenever he entered his and talked to Kuruma.'

With a plan in mind, Akashi slowly sat cross-legged in the courtyard while placing his hand over the Seal on his stomach.

'Ok now I just need to focus my mind on the seal while turning it like a door'

As Akashi twisted to seal he felt it barely crack open but it was enough for him to feel the Tailed Beast's presence. Most people would think he was crazy for doing something like this. Even the smallest opening in the seal would give a tailed beast the chance to escape if one wasn't careful enough. Yet Akashi wasn't worried he knew the Tailed Beasts weren't evil and out of the nine Chomei is the most easygoing. The only reason Chomei was so mad last time was because of how he ended up in the Death God's stomach and then got sealed inside of Akashi right after.

'Well, he isn't trying to leave the seal even with me making an opening so this is a good sign.' With some reassurance that Chomei was behaving Akashi began focusing his conscienceless into the seal until everything went dark.

Opening his eyes Akashi found himself in a strange world. It looked like a city after an apocalypse but it was beautiful at the same time. He was surrounded by a modern city like New York with skyscrapers. All the modern buildings were covered in trees and plants of all kinds. It truly looked as if humanity disappeared allowing nature to take over.

"What the... is this my mindscape?" Akashi walked around examining everything trying to understand why his inner mind was so peculiar. He could understand why his mind might have modern buildings with him being reincarnated but why was nature taking over?

Was it because of his new world or was it his state of mind? Possibly a bit of both.

'I can't stick around here I got to find the 7 tails'

As Akashi walked around he tried to find something that looked different from the rest assuming it would be the place the 7 tails was. Luckily he didn't have to spend a long time searching when he reached a massive tree that seemed even taller than the skyscrapers. It had a large entrance with a deep tunnel leading underground.

'Well, he has to be down there. Good thing he wasn't up here seeing a modern city. I can only imagine all the questions he would have which I wouldn't answer.'

Heading down the tunnel it was just like he assumed because at the end of it, he finally saw a large cage with a Knight Beetle.

"Huh so you finally came, did you? Here to take some chakra? Here just take it like last time!"

Instantly the cave was filled with an enormous amount of chakra that began shaking the room and causing cracks in the ground.

"Wait 7 tails! I didn't come here to take your chakra and what do you mean by again?" Akashi really didn't come to take his chakra only his friendship but what did he mean by again? He had never even used his chakra before

"Don't lie human your kind all want the same thing. I was going to give you a chance at first until that glowing red ring showed up and sucked my chakra by force!" Chomei was mad pacing back and forth around his cage.

'Red Ring? The Teiōgan was it when I awakened?"

"7 tails I didn't mean to take your chakra I didn't even know that I did. It must have happened when I awakened these eyes!" Akashi was desperate he didn't want this friendship to be ruined right off the start so he instantly turned on his eyes as proof.

Chomei who was watching was about to start arguing again until he felt the same feeling coming from the boy's eyes. Just like that red ring from the last time.

'Huh how can this boy awaken a Dojutsu isn't he the descendant of that one brat? Mutation Maybe they don't look anything like father's eyes so it has to be

"What are those eyes boy?"

"I call them the Teiōgan and I'm the only Uzumaki that has them"

'Hmm those are definitely not eyes I've heard of'

"Alright, I'll believe you but what do you want? You said you are not here for my chakra so there must be something else"

Akashi took a moment to think. There were tons of ways to go about this but in the end, he decided the truth was most important when starting friendships and maybe a bit of false truths.

"Chomei I've come for your friendship"

Instantly he bolted up. How could a human know his name?

"You how do you know my name?!"

"I'm going to be honest Chomei I know lots of things. I know about you and your siblings and each of your names. I know about my ancestor Hagaromo the Sage of Six Paths and his brother who helped him seal Kaguya the mother of Chakra!"

At this point, Chomei had no idea what to think yea knowing his name was one thing and it was surprising for the old beast but knowing things that happened a thousand years ago made no sense!

"Boy tell me how you know or else this conversation is over and I will never speak to you again"

This would have scared Akashi originally and he could tell how that's what Chomei wanted but he had a convenient excuse.

"I learned from these eyes. When I awakened I saw many things from these eyes concerning not just the past but also the future! In the Next fifty years, the ten tails will be resurrected by Kaguyas descendants the Uchiha and this will ultimately lead to her unsealing."

"Impossible it can't be done you would need Father's eyes to accomplish what you just described!"

Akashi took a dramatic pause before meeting Chomei's eyes with his Teiōgan for extra effect "The Rinnegan have already been reborn in this world by Madara Uchiha the reincarnation of Indra. He used the chakra from Hashirama Senju who is also the reincarnate of Ashura to awaken them. With the combination of these Chakra Madara was able to remake Hagaromos chakra in his boy to have the eyes of the sage."

Chomei was terrified if Akashi even knew about the two brothers then maybe it was possible but then why hadn't he done anything to stop it and why was he here in front of him explaining all this?

"I believe you but then why haven't you stopped Madara and why are you here when you said you didn't want my Chakra?"

"I can't stop Madara as I am now. I hate admitting it but even my eyes are no match for the Rinnegan I would be squashed like a bug. I am the only one who knows of this dire future as well and not many would believe me except for maybe a tailed beast who knew the Sage. Chomei I came here not to take your chakra but to find a friend, ally, and companion. If even after all this you still decide to ignore me then that is fine too but I will defeat Madara even if I have to do it on my own"

Chomei's eyes focused on the boy. He was surprised to see his confidence and how sure he was in changing the future. He even had a slight grin as he looked at him and for a moment he thought he saw Hagaromo in his place smiling at him.

'Could he be the one?'

"Hmm, I'll help you boy as your companion. Now for when it comes to being your friend we shall see" Slowly he pointed his fist forward reaching beyond his cage.

Akashi who saw this released a big smile and lifted his face as well

"Chomei you can call me by my name Akashi"

"Akashi Uzumaki"
