12 Filtering Traitor

Tomorrow is the day of final graduation where Mizuki reveals himself as a traitor. Naruto went to the Hokage office to start his plan. Entering the office Ihe could see only Hokage's head and the rest are hidden behind a mountain of paper work. "Yo Jiji, you are looking happy." he said it with a smile. "Don't joke Naruto these paperwork is killing me, so what are you doing here" Hokage asked curiously. "I need to talk to you privately" he told him in a serious tone. Hearing the seriousness in the air Hiruzen ordered his ANBU to leave. After they left, looking at him Hiruzen nodded. "Are you sure all of them left?" he asked, since he can sense someone hiding in the corner, Hiruzen nodded again. Naruto actually sensed him when he entered the room, he was not showing emotions like others, still he was doubtful, after getting confirmation again, he threw a kunai targeted in the shinobi direction with a minimized speed , seeing the kunai the hidden shinobi came out of his hiding to dodge it. Seeing someone coming out of the shadows Hiruzen rushed and knocked him out. "Looks like you were being spied on", he said provoking him. 'Danzo how much are you willing to do?' Hiruzen thought with a sad face. He then called an ANBU and ordered him to take him to T&I. Finishing that he kept staring at Naruto. "What? I sensed him" he said with an innocent face. "What did you want to talk about?".

"I want to know the team formations" he said with a straight face. "Sigh. Naruto you know I can't disclose these information" Hiruzen said with a serious tone. "What if I exchange a sensitive information for it" he said with a care free tone.

"What are you talking about Naruto" questioned Hokage. "Trust me the information is very important. Deal?" Naruto assured the old man.

Hiruzen sighed and took a paper from a stack of papers and gave it to him. Naruto saw the team formations and frowned. Since Naruto started to take number 1 rank the team formations are messed up. 'Team 7 is Sasuke, Kiba and Sakura; Team 10 is Shikamaru, Choji and Ino; Team 8 is Naruto, Hinata and Shino' after reading that he said, "Mizuki is planning to steal the scroll of sealing". Hearing that Hiruzen's eyes bulged out of his head.

"I know how and when he is going to do it. So is it valuable to change my team" Naruto said with confidence.

"Don't play with me Naruto" Hokage retorted.

"Fine, how about I'll also give you a solution for paperwork" Naruto finally sugar coated the deal.

"Sigh, What team and Why?" Hiruzen asked curiously.

"I want to join Team 7 then Kiba will be on Team 8, they can be specialized tracking team. Sasuke wants to defeat me, so when we are in same team he'll push himself to his limits, also I'm a sensor so no problem." Naruto suggested calmly.

"Fine, tell me everything about Mizuki", Hiruzen thought for a while and agreed.

"Well I was planning to make a last prank since I was graduating, for old times sake. When I was sneaking into the academy I heard Mizuki talking to himself, he mentioned my name, graduation, Scroll of sealing, and Orochimaru" Mizuki really was talking to himself, a shadow reported it to Naruto.

"From what I can comprehend, he plans to use me to steal the scroll of sealing for Orochimaru. The reason he targeted might be because of Kyuubi." Naruto said non-chalantly.

Hearing these Hiruzen face was a mix of emotions anger, sadness, worry.

"I know jiji, I put 2 and 2 together a long time ago. I don't blame anyone. So don't worry. and use shadow clone for paper work." Naruto said convincing the hokage.

Hiruzen was shocked that he didn't think about shadow clones, he then called for Mizuki, after a few minutes he walked into the office only to get knocked out by Naruto after seeing his evil smile. Both Hiruzen and Naruto took Mizuki to T&I personally. After a session with Yamanaka Inoichi they found out Mizuki's plan to steal the scroll of sealing, him killing Konoha shinobi instead of saving them, and also his various attempts sabotage Naruto in academy. Seeing Naruto, Inoichi gave a nod and smile to him for his actions and hie relationships. Seeing that Naruto smiled back.

{Ichiraku ramen}

Naruto went to meet Iruka at his favorite ramen shop preparing himself to give the News. Entering into the ramen stall, he can see Teuchi and Ayame working and Iruka there waiting for him.

"Yo Iruka sensei, Ayame nee chan, Teuchi ji chan" Naruto said casually.

"You're late Naruto" Iruka said angrily.

"Sorry sensei got stuck up at some thing" Naruto said sheepishly with a hand at his back of his head.

"What can you be doing to get stuck up at something?" Iruka asked curiously.

"I'll explain after everything". "You better do". After that both started to eat ramen. Finishing the meal Naruto started to explain what happened with Mizuki and how he was dealt with to Iruka, who listened to it all patiently with a sad look in his face. Naruto can tell that Iruka was extremely sad since he considered Mizuki as his best friend. After that Iruka smiled looking at Naruto.

"You've grown Naruto", Iruka said proudly.

"Thank you sensei" saying that they parted ways. While walking towards he heard Liz.
