Minato was a little embarrassed about not even greeting Kushina but he still shamelessly led Kushina to the flower shop where the grey-haired girl was.

She was standing right outside the shop while wearing an apron.

"So, she is working there. Is she the one you were talking about?" Kushina asked

Minato nodded quickly.

"I don't know, maybe she is new to Konoha."

"Huh, you don't know? Then I'll ask Yukan, maybe he knows." Minato said with a sad face and no ulterior motives.

"Oh, would he now?" Kushina said as her eyes slowly turned red and had a vertical iris in them.

'I am sorry in case you die, my friend. It was nice being your teammate.' Minato thought as the two of them headed to Yukan's house.

-In the Konoha camp at the border-

Sakumo was in the main tent, sitting in his chair and resting his feet on the table.

He was about to fall asleep when a person entered the room.

"Hey Sakumo, this is a mission that you need to do. It is directly from the Hokage himself." The man said.

He was an elite jonin of Konoha and a colleague of Sakumo. His name was Nishimura Katsu and he specialized in Fire-type ninjutsu.

Sakumo took the paper in Nishimura's hands and read it with his eyes half-closed.

The mission was:

[Investigate the Village of Rice for suspicious activity regarding collusion with Sunagakure against Konohagakure.

"This was expected. Neither have I thought. So, anyways, these are the profiles of the two people who will be going with you." The man said as he kept two files on the table and left.

After the man left, Sakumo sighed heavily and picked up the file.
