It was nearly three years after Sasuke left the Hidden Leaf Village and also three years after his training with Jiraiya and about a year after he passed the Special Promotional Written Test. Naruto postponed his return to the Leaf Village and decided to go on his new journey temporarily by doing some of his secretive regular missions. where he later recruited new members of his own team even though he is already a Chunin. Not for long that he will return to the Leaf after his successful secretive regular missions.
