C3-Chakra control, and Deers?

It was dark outside; most people at this time were asleep, but a particular boy was awake.

* sigh * " I guess I can't fall asleep again now that I woke up this early "

Umbra sat up from his laying position and crossed his legs.

From that point on, Umbra stayed there for 40 minutes and still got nothing.

Umbras's face was different now than before; he was sweating, breathing heavily, and his face had the look of being troubled.

After a while, the pain subsided; he felt none of the pain he was on as if it was just a dream of what had happened just a couple of seconds ago.

"It must have been due to my ability to adapt that I don't feel anything anymore."

Umbra made a sigh of relief " thank god, now I don't have to worry about something happening if I decide to put bloodlines in my body that aren't mine, but I never know, so I have to be careful about doing those later on in the future."

Umbra stood up from his bed full of sweat; at that moment, he decided to use his chakra and practice.

"It's easier to control now; interesting, I feel no difficulty in doing this" An elated expression appeared on Umbras's face.

The sun was shining on earth such a beautiful view only some people can enjoy such a thing in the ninja world without worrying about anything; those people are genuinely strong and don't fear death.

Umbra was in front of his father in the backyard.

"So what do you wish to talk about, son? Is it about the academy that's coming up in a year?"

Step by step Umbra and his dad was getting closer to the forest. Umbra was calm and kept the same expressionless face.

His dad Shikaku, on the other hand, had a lazy demeanor.

*sigh*. " why do I have to do this all the time."

When they got inside the dense forest, Shikaku looked around for a while and then whistled in a specific tone.

Out of nowhere, deers started to surround them and looked at them; many deers recognisedShikaku but not Umbra but saw that he was near Shikaku and had some similarities. They guessed who he was and did nothing look at him in curiosity.

"Over here, follow me and look closely," said Shikaku.

Umbra merely nodded at this, and he paid attention to what his father was doing.

"So you want to learn some of our clan techniques, huh?"

"Yeah," said Umbra.

"Well, what does a shadow mean to you? from the bottom of your heart," asked Shikaku while

taking care of the deers.

"Hmmm," Umbra started to think about what shadows meant to him.

" well, to me, my shadow is something precious."

"Ohh, why is that?"

"Well, every time I look at it, it reminds me of my existence that I still exist and I'm not dead," Umbra said in a sincere tone, " sometimes shadows show us things that the sunshine doesn't"

Shikaku turned to look at him with a surprised face before bursting out laughing, " pfft."

" are you laughing, dad!?" Umbra said in a shocked and embarrassed voice; of course, this was all fake; he didn't care; he didn't want to show off too much and still act like a child; after all, he was still just five years old.

" hahaha, sorry, sorry, I didn't mean it."

"It was just funny how you were serious about your answer; it didn't matter what you said, I would still teach it to you," said Shikaku " But those are some weird thoughts for a child your age." suddenly said Shikaku in a serious tone.

"Hehe," Umbra scratched his head in awkwardness, " well, I've been reading a lot of books; you know that dad and I been reading some serious books that show you some of the cruel reality, you know."

"Yeah, I read some books like that; you'll have to show me someday."

" definitely when we have some more time like this," Umbra said in awkwardness, but inside his head, he was sneering at him.

"Ok, let us go back, Umbra; before your mother starts to worry ill teach you some stuff when you join the academy and start learning how to control chakra and other stuff."

"Sure" Umbra didn't say anything about what happened at night since he didn't want to bring more attention than he already has, and it would be abnormal for someone to do it my age, self-taught.

At another place, a child was running to the front door; he had void black eyes and spiky black hair with some blue tint running with the happiest expression.

"Big brother!"

" can you please teach me," the voice said in an excited voice.

"Hmm? Maybe some other time Sasuke," Itachi said with an apologetic face as he raised his two fingers and tapped Sasuke's forehead.

" mouu, you always say the same thing; when are you going to do it, big brother," Sasuke said with a sad and unwilling tone.

"Sasuke, leave your brother alone; cant you see? He is tired from doing missions," said Fugaku in a stern voice with the same serious expression that he always had.

"Yes, father," Sasuke looked down and said in a meek tone.

After that, Sasuke went to the training ground in his clan and started practicing shuriken and other taijutsu moves to get better, gain some recognition from his father, and impress his big brother.

Sasuke was thinking of this, putting in more hard work, not knowing that all of this that he was dreaming about will never happen in the future and will fall into the path of revenge and see the cruelty of this world for the first time in his life.
