Arriving at the Hokages office...

" Come in " Before i could even knock, Which i wasn't gonna do, he spoke up giving me permission to just walk in.

Walking in i could see Kurenai and Danzo next to him. Oh look at that two people i want to kill and my Sensei how nice god is.

" What is it that you called me for Hokage? Also why is Kurenai and that dog over there? " I asked making Danzo get pissed.

" You piece of- " - Danzo

" Woof " - Dog

" ... " - Danzo

" So your gonna answer me or no? " i asked again.

" Ah, yes. Report to me what happened. " - Hokage.

" You probably already know but fine, when i was looking for my target he was hiding in a village. Not being able to find him but knowing he was in the village i decided to eradicate the Village with him. Though there was a survivor which i let go. " I said nonchalantly

" I would say good work but you let a survivor go. Rookie mistake. " Danzo said with a smirk.

" I gues youngins still need experience. " Danzo added.

" Your wrong, i let him go to give him a reason to get strong. The stronger he gets the more fun for me. Whenever he comes after me once he thinks he's strong enough it will be nice seeing his expression when he notices he's going to die just like his family and Village, never being able to get revenge. " I said with a devil like smile.

The three shuddered at my face and explanation.

" Why did you have to destroy the village though? You could've taken longer to find the target. " Hokage asked.

' What a loser ' I thought.

" Your naive Hiruzen " Danzo said as he's probably thinking just like me.

" What do you mean Danzo? " - Hokage.

" Indeed. Your Naive Hokage. If he was hiding in the village he might of had connections or something there. What if he actually lived there? " I asked.

" Where are you going with this? " Hokage asked as Danzo just nodded at what i was saying.

" If he lived there that means he had a family. If he had connections then he had backing. His backing could help convince the other villages to join together to attack us.If his kids lived longer they would live to take revenge on Konoha or me depending on how smart they are. They could let their rage cloud their judgement and blame everything on me or they could blame it on Konoha for assigning it as a mission. They could end up growing strong enough to pose a threat or they could be completely trash. But just the possibility being that they could become a threat gives us reason to eliminate them. " I explained with a bored tone as Danzo full on respected me. The Hokage was worried i'd end up like Danzo but before he spoke up i added something else.

" Although i say that, i eliminated the Village just because i got bored of wasting time looking for him. I will do it again if i could. " Listening Danzo ended putting me in his " poses a threat to Konoha " List.

" Sigh, So you did it in a whim? " The hokage asked with a stressed expression.

I nodded " I atleast got my target. "

"Sigh, they were allied with the Village hidden in the clouds ( Ima be calling them cloud village ). If we dont compensate we might go to war with them. If they find out that we were the ones that did it they won't hesitate to start a war." Hiruzen said with a serious expression.

" If you want i can obliterate their Village too" I said with excitement.

" No! " The Hokage raised his voice.

" Your not even strong enough to fight the Rai-" - Hokage

" He won't even be able to live to tell the tale if we fought. " I said as my excitement died down and became serious but cold.

" Anyways, there's 2 things to tell you. " Kurenai jumped in.

" Hm? " - Me

" First, you've been added to the bingo book by the Cloud village, Your considered a A-rank Ninja. Your bounty as of speaking is 1.5Million. As the kid you let live he explained your powers but all they wrote were Ice powers and nothing specific. They also gave you a nickname-" Kurenai spoke but i interrupted.

" I don't really wanna know my nickname right now, i just hope it's nothing cringe. " - Me

" Fine, then the second thing i have to tell you is that the chunnin exams are close, your team already knows as they will be going in as a team. But since your strong enough, you'll have restrictions. " - Kurenai

" Restrictions on not being able to kill them? , or using less than half my strength? or on the materials i need? " I asked.

" A little of all three. Atleast for the second exam. Anko will explain it to you at that day. Oh yeah, talking about Anko She requested for you to protect Ino. " - Kurenai

" Protect? She'll be fine. Knowing her team they will meet up with Kakashis team or your team. I'll be finishing the test early. I can sense her from outside the forest if she's close to dying i'll save her. Just tell that to Anko, Alright if that's all i'll go now. " I said as my body started becoming Ice and broke apart to little beautiful particles.

" Was that a clone? Or a skill to help him teleport? " The Hokage asked.

" He will be a threat to Konoha if he gets any stronger. " Danzo said.

" Shut up Danzo. You need mental help. " Kurenai said.

" If you even touch Frosty i'll use all my connections and black mail who i have to, to get every Jonin i know to completely eliminate you." Kurenai said with a serious face.

" Stop it both of you. No one will touch Frost. Even though he doesn't have much Loyalty to Konoha, He also doesn't have any reason to attack Konoha. Besides he atleast has reasons to be tied down to Konoha. " The Hokage said.
