Apollo felt he could write a way to refine Chakra dozens of times more powerful than the way Yugakure taught ninja, but Apollo didn't spread it.

Rather than telling everything directly, Apollo divided a small portion of the knowledge he received into hundreds of books and placed it in the Light's Library for believers to read.
