Chapter 4: Fire Affinity And Uzumaki Seals

(General POV)

Exiting a family ran shinobi shop is a young genin holding a piece of chakra paper. The young genin walks into a discreet alley with no witnesses and he transforms into a white dove. The dove flies above buildings of the village until it reaches a certain apartment belonging to Aikaga, a 6 year old shinobi academy student currently the third best of his year. The dove flies through the window revealing that the dove was Aikaga, looking at the untransformed piece of paper he flows his chakra through it, the paper ignites on fire. Aikaga sighs in disappointment at the revelation of his extremely ordinary chakra affinity.

'So I only have a natural affinity to fire, I could have been much worse. At the very least fire is very common in Konoha so I definitely have a good amount of jutsu I can copy once I get a sharingan. Thankfully I don't have water release, earth release or wind release. There isn't any strong water, earth or wind jutsu I could copy in the land of fire. Most of my plans on copying jutsu relies on stalking strong leaf jonin that I can escape from in case I get caught so it's not that bad.'

(1 Week Later)

A young blond haired boy around 12 and a red haired teenager around the same age walk home together and the girl stops the boy while handing him a red book titled, 'Uzumaki Seals.'

"Minato this is the book given to me by my grandmother Mito Uzumaki. I want you to have it, you rescued me when I was kidnapped and your the only friend I have in Konoha. If you need any help learning these seals you can ask me, ok?"

Minato blushes as he touches hands with the pretty red head girl.

"A-are you sure Kushina? This is the legacy of the previous Uzumaki princess I can't take this."

Kushina puts her hand over Minato's mouth with a sad smile.

"There is no reason for me to keep this for myself. You may call me the Uzumaki princess but that doesn't mean anything. The Uzumaki clan has been killed off Minato, I want you to have this. Grandma Mito wanted me to make friends I could depend on, you are that friend Minato. Please except this as a gift of friendship."

Minato sighs as he pulls away Kushina's hand before hugging her.

"Thank you Kushina I promise I'll make the most of this gift."

The two teenagers part ways and Minato enters his apartment with a silly and ridiculous smile.

'I actually got a gift from Kushina! Wait, didn't she say to take it as a gift of friendship?'

Minato slams his face into his pillow as he cries over his crush not recognizing his efforts.

Unknown to Minato a small white dove had entered when he opened the door and now that same bird was waiting untill Minato fell asleep.

After a few minutes of self pity Minato falls asleep and the white dove transforms into a 6 year old boy who pulls out a scroll and he starts to copy down everything in the Uzumaki seal book.

And in just under 6 hours the boy completely copies the book and he leaves by transforming into a tiny bug that slips under the door.

Unfortunately for Minato this boy is Aikaga, one of his future rivals that will control the economy of many villages including one of the 5 great villages, Konohagakure itself. And now Aikaga has access to the personal book of seals made by Mito Uzumaki, the wife of the 1st Hokage and the previous Uzumaki princess. This is an absolute disaster to Minato and the 3rd Hokage as well Danzo.

(Next Day)

Today is the start of the new school year and the 3rd Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, is giving a speech to encourage the young children to become loyal shinobi of Konoha. In the audience stands Aikaga, a boy with long black curly hair, large glistening red jewel like eyes, and a delicate face with soft delicate features. Anyone looking at Aikaga would find a strange resemblance to Kurenai Yuhi.

Aikaga looks around the audience with a wary and careful gaze, his eyes land on a small 5 year old boy with black hair and an Uchiha clan symbol on his back.

'So I was right, Obito Uchiha is entering the academy this year meaning that Kakashi Hatake should join in 2-3 years. Although Hiruzen does encourage the academy students to graduate early to fight in the war it isn't mandatory and the 2nd Great Shinobi War should end in about 2 years based on my memory of the very non concrete timeline of the anime of Naruto. Hah, how annoying, Naruto is general was all over the place with consistency and retcons. At the very least I have some semblance of the timeline but I must prepare for changes, I doubt that the main events will change without me interfering but I do plan to become a major player in the world events so it's necessary to have an information network. I've been spying on many different shinobi to refine my techniques so once I do copy the shadow clone jutsu I can always have multiple birds observing the political situation in multiple locations.'

'I currently have learning fire chakra mastery as my priority right now with medical jutsu and seal mastery as a secondary. I really just need to reach Jonin level to get a sharingan, once I do that my training will increase by several dozens times. I would try to increase my chakra level artificially but I don't have any advanced research to base any experiments on. While I did get a lot out of my trip to the hospital it's nothing even remotely close to what's necessary for such a large project as modifying my body. It's only a matter of time untill I break into Jonin chakra level, currently I can work on my physical strength in the meantime which is extremely important, after all I'm barely Genin level.'
