5 Chapter 5: academy third year

I wake up and get freshened up, before I start meditating. When it was 7:45 am I eat breakfast and head to the academy. It is my third year. I enter class and look at the only non-cannon fodder in class H. And by that I mean checking their status with my dojutsu, eyes shut of course.

The teacher comes in and announces an addition to curriculum. It was taijutsu spars along with an extra ninjutsu, the transformation jutsu and kenjutsu. He also informs us about the extra curricular Lessons such as fuinjutsu and iryoninjutsu.

He then goes on to teach us history about the first great shinobi war. After that is math class shurikenjutsu then taijutsu spars.

We stand behind a sparring ring and watch as the teacher pairs students. I was paired with Haru, it seems the teachers are trying to make it challenging for every student.

I tune out the rest of the boring matches until I hear " Tei Kurobi against Haru Kirame".

I step up to the ring, Haru does the same we bow as is the rules . The match starts but we don't make any move deciding to await the opponents first move, though he made a mistake thinking I would grow impatient before him. He proves me right by rushing at me and punching my way . I intercept his punch grabbing his fist. [-5 Hp] ' fuck that hurt' , but not letting my thoughts distract me, I punch hard with all my strength at his Elbow making him gasp in pain, I don't miss the opening as I kick he hard enough to push him 2m back. He stands up enraged just as he was about to rush at me again he is stopped by the instructor who claimed that falling on the ground counts as a loss.

After a short lunch break we are to learn the transformation jutsu I am able to transform to my instructor, and though it lacked a lot of details .

After that is the kenjutsu class we're given a set of exercises to build a stable foundation

As for the iryoninjutsu I took , we were thought about human and animal anatomy along with herbs and their uses.

Lastly fuinjutsu was more theory than practice its instructor let us Know that the academy won't teach us anything practical, also mentioning that kiri has one of the best seal masters rivaling jiraya and the uzumaki especially since our village due to its navigational expertise was able to extract double the amount of fuinjutsu from uzushio compared to the other villages.

After going back nervously to bed I think about all the people I have to kill, but before guilt could rise I stomped it back down with the rational thought ' its either me or them and I chose me.
