Pain nodded in agreement, they still have to recruit members, make money and many other things, Tailed Beasts are still out of reach.

"Okay, we need to expand our members now. Maybe we can find someone in Kumogakure given the current situation."

Thankfully the army had arrived at this moment, saving him from the awkwardness.

Looking at Danzo who was walking on the front with his fist raised, Hiruzen's eyes darkened for a moment, but he immediately hid it.

Stepping forward, he wanted to give Danzo a bear hug, but the latter avoided it without hesitation, leaving Hiruzen with spread arms.

By the way, there are some things I want to ask you guys.

For some reason I think that the Magma fruit is a bit boring now and intend to give Danzo another power, which he will use as main combat method.

There are some ideas I have:

Get Zoro's three swordmanship;

Go full body strengthening mode and maybe pick a mace, kind of like Kaido;

Leave Magma fruit as it is:

My personal favorite; Give him degraded version of Homelanders powers, that will grow with time.

The other thing is that, does Danzo becoming Hokage even make sense?

I wrote it at the beginning, but now that I think about it, I don't want to write some kind of Kingdom Building novel at all.

So wouldn't it be better if he just keeps his Roots and recruits the powerful members of Konoha he wants and does what he wants in the ninja world?

Fuck Hokage!

I do have some fun ideas about the next plot, if anyone has suggestions just tell them.

I am writing for fun and if I see some fun ideas, I will implement them.
