7 Danzo-sama meets Hiruzen(Rewrite)

Hiruzen smiled contently now that Naruto has found a friend, a smart one at that. If only Danzo didn't mess around with orphans...

Shiori, meaning guide. She is smart enough to establish the similarities between Naruto and Minato at such a young age. Most kids would have lost any hope if they found out that they cannot use chakra. But she just changed her ambition to become the next best thing.

Hiruzen chuckled. Picture books sure have an impact on children. And regarding her saying that she will marry Naruto, it is just copying the picture book. If they do end up marrying, Hiruzen will happily give them his blessings, if he survived that long.

"Hiruzen. I heard some interesting news."

Hiruzen mood soured. Danzo, who brings him nothing but headache. He just barges in as if he owns the place. But he is a friend, so Hiruzen doesn't do anything to him.

Even though the said friend has tried to assassinate him.

"What is it, Danzo?"

"Well, I heard that you are giving an orphan 10,000 instead of 5,000, an apartment near the Jinchuriki and even buying her a shop? If you have money to waste on someone who would never become more than a genin, give that to me. ROOT needs more funds."

"So tell me Danzo, why would that girl never become more than a genin?"

"Who knows? I don't have time for useless people."

"Well, due to one of the Konoha higher-up, a girl with very good potential had to give up being a ninja and settle for civilian lifestyle. Plus, she did inform the police about her orphanage's matron starving her, and Naruto, and selling kids. She deserves a reward, doesn't she?"

Danzo didn't as much as twich a little, as if the 'higher-up' is someone else, not him.

"Hiruzen, she will not bear Jinchuriki's child. Someone who can't use chakra will only give birth to defecti-"

"Danzo. I heard that you have a kid with Wood Style?"

"I don't know what you are talking about."

"Danzo, I am warning you. You will not touch that child again, or interfere in her business. You have already ruined her ninja life, so leave her alone."

"You will regret this, Hiruzen."

And Danzo left with his usual parting words.

Hiruzen just sighed.

"Let's just look for the cheapest shop. Danzo wouldn't go as far as doing something to a 3 year old child who can no longer use chakra."
