Explosive Encounter

As Deidara was sitting and creating his clay explosives, Nobita positioned himself to attack Deidara extremely steathily. He did not take his cover lightly and knew that one wrong move could botch the entire plan. He hid under the canopy of a tree, so he an overhead view of Deidara.

Nobita waited for a moment, and then jumped forward from the tree, using his max speed and agility to reach his target. He had already prepared his fire release sword and used his kenjutsu cutter of fire technique to kill Deidara.

Just as Nobita was about to go in for the kill, Deidara immediately dodged the attack to his head, however, Nobita was able to cut off Deidara's dominant arm, leaving nothing but his shoulder. It was an extremely clean strike. But despite his sneak attack and agility, Deidara's reaction time was simply incredible, to the point even Nobita was impressed.

"I guess that's what an Akatsuki member can do. Isn't that right Deidara of the Explosion Corps of Iwagakure" said Nobita.

"Who the hell are you?! You cut of my arm you bastard!" screamed Deidara.

"I believe that's pretty mild compared to what I'm about to do Mr. Artiste" replied Nobita.

Deidara: "Listen, if you don't want to be killed, back off now, or I'm about to really murder your ass!"

It was clear, Deidara was afraid to fight, since he knew that Nobita was strong and had all the information about him, while he knew nothing about Nobita. If Deidara was confident, he woudn't forgive Nobita was cutting off this arm.

Nobita smirked, "Your bounty is extremely high, and since I'm a connoisseur of the finer things in life, I just can't let you go I'm sorry. By the way, just some free info, you're getting tricked by that dude Tobi."

Deidara: "What the....How the hell do you know so much?!"

Nobita activated his fire release armour for the first time in a combat situation and struck out with his Kenjutsu technique, performing a powerful slash at Deidara.

Scars of fire fissured the air and like projectiles, rushed towards Deidara's location. Since communication had broken down, Deidara, responded by throwing a few of his explosive clones, which met the scars of fire and resulted in an explosion.

Although this resulted in a cloud of smoke, Nobita rushed forward because he knew if he took too much time then the shinobi from Kirigakure would arrive, arresting and maybe killing the both of them. He didn't have much time on his hands.

Nobita found Deidara preparing his clay dragons, which were some of his most powerful jutsu. Deidara released a clay dragon, which went right for Nobita, and the latter countered with his fire release jutsu, meanwhile protecting himself with his fire release armour.

Despite the armour's protection and his jutsu neutralizing the explosive a bit, the explosive dragon did cause some damage to Nobita. He was bleeding from his face and stomach, but did not feel any internal damage. The attack had shaved off 800 of his HP.

"Haha how do you like that you bastard! Die!" screamed Deidara.

The dragon was able to spit out missile like explosives, which was quite dangerous indeed. Nobita deactivated his flame armour to save his Chakra, as he would need every ounce to finish this dangerous S-rank missing-nin.

"Not bad. I guess I should also go all out now." responded Nobita.

Nobita employed a hit-and-run strategy for a few minutes, attacking Deidara, and it was clear that the latter was losing strength from his torn apart arm. Deidara had also managed to get in a few attacks, but Nobita had used his evasion techniques effectively.

Nobita waited for the dragon to show some loss of speed and then went for complete frontal assault, as he activated his modification to his fire release armour. He grew wings of fire from his back, and looked like a phoenix! His body shone extremely brightly, as if he had a tailed beast supplying him with infinite amounts of dense chakra. Although the fire release armour was an A-rank jutsu, with the ability of flying it was now an S-rank jutsu!

"I can only use this for 15 seconds though, better make this count." thought Nobita.

Deidara was shocked by Nobita's transformation and fear was now starting to hamper his brain's ability to function. Nobita seemed invincible in this moment!

Without wasting any time, Nobita flew into the air and went high up in the sky. His plan was to divebomb the dragon and use gravity to assist him!

Nobita after reaching a 1000 feet above the ground, divebombed the dragon, striking Deidara as well. Deidara exploded the dragon, hoping Nobita would be killed in this crazy encounter.

The dragon exploded and it resulted in an explosion of 100m radius, destroying everything in its path.

Deidara was able to evade the explosion and appeared away from the scene of the fight, and felt that he had won. However, he was unable to walk, as one of his legs were completely destroyed from the divebomb. Furthermore, his bleeding heavily from his chest, and many of his internal organs were ruptured.

Deidara smiled, "I won the fight but got killed as a result. I wanted to use my "Ultimate Art" just once. But I guess that's no longer possible. I did kill a pretty strong enemy though, but he looked like he was...[cough] 15-16 years old."

Suddenly a young boy appeared from the scene of the fight and in front of Deidara. The boy was bleeding profusely from head to toe, but seemed as if he had sustained no damage, instead he looked as if he was pleased.

Nobita: "Nah, I'm actually 13."

Deidara: "You're...alive? But how, that explosion...."

Nobita: "I'm sorry you weren't able to use your "Ultimate Art" since you don't have enough strength in your body left. As a consolation, I'll end you with an explosive art of mine. I believe you'll consider me a fellow artist as well."

Nobita then flickered for a moment and returned to his position. He had applied 1000 explosive tags to Deidara's body. Even he was curious as to how crazy the explosion would be.

Nobita: "Farewell Deidara, it was an incredibly fun fight, I hope we can fight again. But that won't be possible since I'm taking your head, and you won't be able to reanimate. Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags jutsu!"

As he activated his Kinjutsu, he ran as fast as he could since he knew it would be a crazy explosion, an end that would please Deidara as well.

And boy was it a crazy explosion, a 1 km radius was completely wiped out, and shinobi from Kirigakure arrived to inspect the scene. But also they found was rubble, and the remnants of a burned body. Nobita had left the scene long ago, which left the shinobis from Kirigakure perplexed as to what just occurred.

Back in Konoha....

Hiruzen Sarutobi had some time to spare and was wondering why that boy Nobita had rejected his Anbu offer. After all, it would be a smooth sailing to Jonin rank and he would get special priveleges, instead of being a measly Genin corp member.

He was the only one other than Nobita and his teammates, who knew that Nobita had singlehandedly defeated and slayed an elite Jonin. Even Danzo did not know, all other people knew is that a few Genin and a Chunin had completed an A-rank mission.

After doing some investigating Sarutobi, also found out that Nobita was currently out of the village completing some sort of mission.

Sarutobi decided it was best to just leave the kid alone, instead of handing him over to the Anbu or worse, Danzo. He felt that the young boy could become a valuable asset to Konoha.
