7 New Possibilities

Meanwhile, Jiraya who got punished as collateral damage notices Jin being unusually weird and snickering very creepily while looking at what seems to be old looking ninjutsu scrolls from what he remembers. Seeing that Jin is getting out of hand and wanting to help. He decides to kick Jin in the ass, it's not revenge for detention at all, nope it's saving a deprived soul from straying further into the dark side. But as he is kicking Jin he almost breaks his foot in doing so and starts hopping around screaming. "Shit, is your ass made of steel!?"

Jin getting out of his reverie by Jirayas kick replies. "My ass is normal, it's your foot that is soft. Are you sure you're not a small weak little girl?"

"Your dads a girl, I'm one of the manliest men that has ever existed," says Jiraya almost sounding hoarse at the end from screaming.

"Yeah, yeah, detentions over now so let's head on home, I'm hungry as hell and I need to go to bed for my beauty sleep," replies Jin trying to and successfully diverting Jirayas attention away from the scrolls which he hides under his robes.

After walking side by side with Jiraya and buying him a treat and dropping him off at his orphanage, thereby scoring himself another point in Jirayas book. He starts to head home while walking, as he slowly picks up speed little by little and that eventually slowly turns into a dash when he is far enough away from the orphanage to notice. When he reaches home he immediately goes to his room without greeting his parents and starts to let himself go and silently scream in happiness and dance with his arms flailing around for finding a goldmine. Once he has had enough he starts to breathe in and out to calm himself down and thinks about his current situation.

(I had a small and tiny hope by remembering Minato and how he found the Flying Thunder God Technique as a child. So I tried finding any old rooms in the academy for a chance at just the Flying Thunder God Technique, I eventually found the old archive room but I found out that's its locked and only accessible by the teachers of the academy so I tried that little stunt to get detention and oh boy did it work.)

(But I certainly didn't expect the Multi Shadow Clone technique as a bonus. These two techniques will help me tremendously, my training speed will soar and will only depend on how many clones I can create with my chakra. And the Flying Thunder God Technique will give me an unprecedented advantage in my attack capabilities, combine that with my taijutsu, kenjutsu and Multi Shadow Clone technique and il be set in terms of power level for a long time. Although this configuration will dry me of chakra in a matter of seconds so it's still better to depend on my taijutsu and kenjutsu until I find a way to expand my chakra volume safely and that doesn't involve the Akatsuki/Black Zetsu chasing after me.)

(Nonetheless, whoever is in charge of the old archives room are either really reckless or just didn't know of the existence of these S-rank ninjutsu scrolls. It might be the former but I'm leaning rather more towards the latter as the room looked like it hasn't been used by anyone in a while and looked more like a dumpsite for old documents and historical records. Well, who am I to complain since I profited immensely from the whole ordeal.)

Jin then starts to focus and try to learn the scrolls as fast as he can. And immediately he notices a certain flaw, the Flying Thunder God Technique is incomplete or rather imperfect as of now. As the 2nd Hokage Tobirama didn't have enough time to perfect many of his jutsus especially the S-ranked ones including this one before he died and it wasn't until Minato who learned Fuinjutsu from Kushina that he perfected the Flying Thunder God Technique. The Flying Thunder God Technique has as of now 2 major flaws from what Jin can tell, it requires a gigantic amount of chakra to use that he currently doesn't have, and you need a certain level of understanding of Fuinjutsu that he doesn't have either in order to create the waypoints that Minato had on his special made kunais. Knowing that there's no quick fix to the issue he stores it in a secret and discreet place for later and instead decides to fully focus on the Multi Shadow Clone technique. He finds it much more easier and learns it without a hitch and decides to use it to try and feel its effects for himself. Jin who is driven by his cautious personality only summons 1 clone and even that drains him of almost a quarter of his chakra.

(Hmm, it feels really weird seeing myself outside of a mirror. I feel like a can summon my clones with simple and certain ideas or orders before they are summoned to act upon. The more complicated ideas or orders will need to instead be relayed through another medium like talking after they are summoned. It also looks like the number of clones and how long they can exist is correlated. For example, I can summon more clones in exchange for them existing for a much shorter timeframe on their own, conversely, I can summon them for a longer timeframe in exchange for fewer numbers. There are still limitations as I can't just summon one clone with all my chakra that can exist indefinitely or an infinite amount of clones with chakra that only allows them to exist for less than a second. The minimum, for now, is 1 clone with a quarter of my chakra that can exist for around 1 hour, less if in combat since they will have to use chakra then. The maximum is around 20 clones that exist for around 20 minutes and that have around 10% of my chakra, although they are next to useless in battle with 10% of my measly chakra.)

Jin then orders his clone to head downstairs and live his life for around 55 minutes before excusing himself and hiding until the timer runs out. The real Jin just sits down and starts to meditate and before he notices an hour has passed by and the clone dissipates, with Jin silently laughing to himself seeing his plan work.
