1 Chapter 1:- A second Chance
The Valley where things were going to come to an end or things had come to an end.
Huff!!! Huff!!!
A man with torn clothes was standing in the rain. His breathing was ragged. One of his arms was missing. His spiky blond hair was a mess. His body was somewhat covered in dirt and mud along with many injuries.
He was a young man who had just turned 16 years old. His name was Naruto Uzumaki. At this moment, the young man was staring at his best friend Sasuke's body.
A friend of his was lying on the ground in front of Naruto. He was staring at the dark sky. His body was slowly becoming cold.
"Sasuke, just why did you choose this path?" Naruto's voice was filled with endless pain. Naruto trained like crazy for years just so that he could beat some sense into this stupid friend's head yet when that moment came things did not go according to his plan.
Naruto had won the fight that lasted 3 days and 3 nights. Once they released the people who were trapped in the Infinite Tsukuyomi, his best friend decided to take his own life. Naruto was too late to save his best friend.
Cough!!!!
After coughing some blood, Sasuke looked at Naruto with a small smile on his face. "Naruto, with my death the cycle of hatred and suffering is going to end. This world will experience peace."
Hearing his Naruto tightly clenched his fists in anger and asked in an angry voice. "You could have helped me to make this world a better place. Just why did you do this?"
"My friend, by walking on this dark path, the things that I have done cannot be forgiven. Now that I am back to my senses, I regret everything that I have done. I don't think I could live with all this guilt in my heart. In the end, death is just a way for me to escape." Hearing this Naruto slowly opened his closed fists as his anger level dropped. He looked at his best friend with a helpless look.
"Naruto, I leave the future in your hands." Naruto tried his best to control his tears as these words were the same words that the other Hokages including his father said before passing away. Never did he think that he would hear the same words coming out of his best friend's mouth.
Sasuke stared at Naruto's face for a second before he passed away.
'Just why did this all happen? Just why?' Naruto asked himself.
'Since birth, I lost my parents, I lost the old man Hiruzen, I lost my master, my village was destroyed and now I lost my best friend. Why do I keep losing the people and the things that I care about?' Naruto roared in his anger in immense anger and sadness.
'Why bad shit keeps happening to the people that I care about?'
'JUST WHY...?'
Naruto screamed and asked to heaven. But there was no response. Everything continued like usual. Naruto fell to his knees and stared at the dead body of his best friend.
"I am tired of losing people that I care about...!!! If only I could get a second chance" As he murmured these words, tears started falling from his eyes. In the heavy rain, Naruto cried like a little baby for hours and hours. All the pain that was in his heart since his childhood was released at that moment.
However, suddenly everything around Naruto turned dark. By now, there weren't any more tears in Naruto's eyes as he had cried for so long. He just blankly stared at the empty dark space that he found himself in.
『Ding!!! The God line help system has reached the son of Kushina Uzumaki, Naruto Uzumaki.』
『Ding!!! The system will now begin the process of sending Naruto Uzumaki back to the past.』
『Ding!!! Initiating process.....1%』
Hearing all of these robotic words, Naruto widened his eyes. 'Who is it?'
『Ding!!! This is a God Line Help System. The System helps people whose desperate calls have reached Heaven.』
『Ding!!! The System has heard your wish to have a second chance and now the system will send you back in time to another World that is 99.9% similar to this world.』
Hearing these words Naruto was stunned for a moment. Before he could respond to anything, the system continued.
『Ding!!! The System has found that in order for you to successfully enter this World, changes have to be made.』
『Ding!!! Changes have been made.』
Naruto suddenly felt empty. He lost his connection with Kurama. Realizing this Naruto widened his eyes. 'What did you do to Kurama? Where is he?' Naruto asked in a mix of anger and sadness. He already had lost enough today. He did not want to lose another of his best friends as well.
『Ding!!! The memories and the feelings of Kurama have been sent to the Kurama of the other world. Along with that the soul of current Kurama has merged with the old of the other world's Kurama.』
『Ding!!! You will need to find Kurama in that other world.』
『Ding!!! Since the body of the Kurama has been sacrificed, the system will compensate the host.』
『Ding! Congratulations!!!! Your bloodline has been purified. You have the very first 100% Pure blooded Uzumaki clan member.』
Hearing this Naruto was once again stunned. Naruto thought that all Shinobi clans originated from Kaguya's bloodline. This means that there are no pure-blooded Uzumaki but the system just claimed that Naruto has become one.
『Ding!!! The system has found that turning the host into 100% Uzumaki at once will damage the Host's soul and physical body. The process of purifying the Host's bloodline has started. It will take 6 months for the Host's bloodline to turn 100% Uzumaki.』

"What's that?" Naruto asked with a confused look.
『Ding! Initiating Process has reached 100%. Attempting to enter the new world.....1%....』

『Ding! Second Attempt failed. The World's Will has rejected the host's presence.』

『Ding! The third Attempt failed. The World's Will has rejected the host's presence.』
『Ding! It has been detected that due to the Host's original world's remaining Asura Chakra and very faint of his will in his chakra, this world has rejected the Host's entry.』
『Ding! The Asura chakra within the Host's body has been sacrificed as the other world rejected the Host's entry.』
Naruto suddenly felt weak. The power that Sage had given to him was now lost. However, Naruto was content with that. As long as he gets a new chance to relive his life and fix everything he was okay with that.
『Ding! Compensation will be made for this sacrifice.』
『Ding! Congratulations!!!! You have gained a Unique skill called Incubus King.』
"Huh...."
"What's that..."
『Ding! Initiating an attempt to enter the world.』
Naruto felt a strong suction.
『Ding! Attempt has been successful. The Host has reached another world.』
『Ding! With this, the work of the System has been completed. Best of luck in your new life.』
When Naruto returned to his senses, he realized that he wasn't so far from Konoha. In fact, he was just a few kilometers away from the place that was his home.
"So this is the new world." Naruto did not waste any time. He did not care about the skills or the things that he gained from the so-called System. At this moment there was only one thought in his mind and that was to confirm if he had really returned to the past.
"I just need another chance...please...!" Naruto was very desperate.

A man with black hair walked through the huge gate of Konoha. While walking, Naruto glanced at the two gate guardians. These were the same guardians back in his world as well. Seeing them, Naruto felt like he had finally returned home. He felt a sense of peace and belonging here.
Naruto just smiled and continued forward.
Naruto used a simple transformation jutsu to turn his hair color black. He isn't sure which timeline he has returned to. Naruto chose to be on the cautious side and slightly change his appearance. Although his face and hair color slightly changed, his blue eyes still remained the same.
The only way to guess which timeline I am currently in is to look at the Hokage mountain. "No....way.....!!!" Naruto said as he looked at the Hokage Mountain in shock.
On the Hokage Mountain, Naruto could see four faces. 'This means my dad has died and grandpa has come out of retirement to take over the role of Hokage. But then what about others? Exactly what time period is this?' After all, there was a large gap between the second reign of HIruzen and Tsunade becoming the Hokage. In his world, the gap was 12 years.

You may find the first few chapters similar to another Naruto fanfic that I read around half a year back I think. I really liked the setting of that world so I decided to take inspiration from it. Sorry, But I don't remember the name of that fanfic since I read it a long time back.
I really loved the beginning part of the story. But the story kind of left a bad taste in the mouth after the MC decides to create a clone of himself that could stay with his woman and ....." I don't need to say the rest.
But please rest assured that the storyline will be different. I have some very interesting ideas that I wish to try out with this novel.
