49 Power Levels

Hey guys, I finally came up with my final categorization of power levels. I know this is not a system-based fan fiction, but it will be used in the future. Here it is

....

Civilian: 1-10

Genin: 10-50

Chunin: 50-500

Jonin: 500-10,000

Kage:10,000-50,000

Super kage: 50,000-100,000

Naruto SM &Sasuke CS: 100,000-200,000

Naruto SM+KM & Sasuke EMS & Jubito: 200,000-500,000

Madara Six Paths & Naruto & Sasuke Six Path mode:500,000-1M

Hagoromo & Hamura: 1M-10M

Kaguya and Sage of Six path Hagoromo: 10M-100M

Some of you may be confused about why I came to this conclusion. The reason is simple; we all know that in the fourth shinobi war, any rank less than Jounin was basically cannon fodder and that is why the power level of a Jounin is that high.

As for the Kage and Super Kage power level difference, its shows the difference between Jounin that became Kage due to circumstances and then gradually became strong during war time like Rasa and Mei, and then Kage that were overpowered like 3rd Raikage, Hiruzen, Hanzo of the Salamander and then the Sanins.

Yes, the Sanins, they're stronger than your average Kage, one, Jiraiya; Managed to fight Nagato six paths with his sage mode, killed 3 without any prior information, and still managed to send back info. Two, Orochimaru with his never-ending life-saving abilities, and three, Tsunade, with her Yin seal. Not minding that there weren't any Overpowered fights that her strength played any major role, but let's not forget that even the 4th Raikage couldn't beat her in arm wrestling even when she isn't serious, he only won due to his speed. That's That. Minato should also rank here considering his Mastery over The Hirashin

There is also the level difference between the normal Sage mode, Kurama mode, and then Kurama mode + Sage mode. We all know that. Similarly, there is difference between Sasuke Curse seal + Mangyekou Sharingan, and then Sasuke with EMS plus Curse seal. At this power level, they could fight Jubito to a stand still. I would also put Prime Hashirama and Madara in this category. After all, Edo Tensei Hashirama could momentarily seal the Ten-Tails while Tensei Madara didn't even feel threatened by Jubito.

And then there is the Six oath stage for Madara, Naruto, and Sasuke. I believe we don't have any arguments on that.

The power level of Hagoromo and Hamura should also be okay as I believe that at their stage there isn't a need for power level again. Only special effect techniques matter as it is shown that they fought with Kaguya for 27 days and nights before they opted to seal her. Later on, Hagoromo then became the Jinchuriki of the ten Tails making him slightly stronger than Kaguya but it isn't confirmed or denied. I will be deciding that.

The tailed beast will be ranked separately. There won't be any specific power level for them as the power they show depends on their Jinchuriki.
