To be frank, Aizen is like taking down Obito easily in one shot. He doesn't have the same level of maliciousness as Aizen Sōsuke. Aizen let KuRasaki Ichigo go several times and waited for him to grow stronger before engaging him in battle.

Although I don't mind fighting powerful enemies, I would simply defeat them if they're standing in front of me. Giving them a chance to grow and develop their skills seems like a risky move.

However, as anticipated by Aizen, Obito won't appear in this timeline. Given his strength, he could have used his almost flawless Kamui technique to defeat Terumi Mei when she was alone, but he didn't take the risk, which shows his level of caution.

After arriving in Kirigakure, Aizen, with the help of Terumi Mei, arranged for the wounded from the previous battle to be sent to the Mist Shinobi Hospital.

While talking to Terumi Mei, Aizen learned that the Hōzuki clan, the former number one admiral under Yagura, didn't actually die.

Based on the previous events, it is highly likely that he died due to the Three Tails' Tailed Beast Bomb in the original story.

However, because of Aizen's intervention, the Three Tails' rampage was stopped earlier than expected, and Hōzuki clan member didn't die by the hands of the Three Tails.

Aizen asked Terumi Mei, "What will Lord Mizukage do?" during their conversation.

Aizen and Terumi Mei were discussing the situation in Kirigakure. Terumi Mei reminded Aizen of their agreement to maintain a respectful attitude towards her when there are others present. Aizen agreed and said, "Then it's agreed. When only the two of us are there, we will call me by name."

Terumi Mei then expressed her admiration for Aizen's talents and hoped that he would fight for Mist Shinobi as a true ninja. She acknowledged that although they had regained control of the village, there was still much work to be done.

Aizen encouraged her by saying that she had worked hard over the years and that he was willing to help. He reminded her that they were allies and if she encountered any difficulties, he would be there to support her.

Terumi Mei then asked Aizen if he was willing to help only because of their alliance. "Ah, are you willing to help only because of the alliance, Aizen-kun?" she asked.

Aizen paused for a moment, seemingly deep in thought. "Alliance is an important factor, but it's not the only reason," he finally replied. "I have always been fascinated by the shinobi way of life, and I have great respect for those who dedicate their lives to it. Mist village has a unique history and culture, and I would like to learn more about it."

Terumi Mei seemed pleased with his response, and they continued to talk for a while longer. They discussed various topics related to the shinobi way of life, and Aizen shared some of his own experiences.

As they talked, Aizen realized that Terumi Mei was a true leader and a skilled shinobi. He felt that he could learn a lot from her and hoped that they could work together in the future.

Overall, their conversation was a friendly and productive one, and both Aizen and Terumi Mei seemed to have gained a deeper understanding and respect for each other.

Terumi Mei is a remarkable figure who possesses both generosity and decisiveness, which are essential qualities for someone in her position.

As a young woman, she displayed her leadership skills by calling upon the many Mist Shinobi ninjas who were willing to stand with her and oppose the rule of Yagura, who was also known as Obito.

This courageous act paved the way for her to become the Fifth Mizukage at a young age, before she even turned twenty-five.

Despite her impressive achievements, Terumi Mei is not without her flaws. She can also come across as arrogant at times, especially when it comes to matters of the heart.

In the later stages of the original work, she became highly sensitive to the word "marriage," which seemed to trigger a kind of delusion within her.

It's possible that this stemmed from her single-minded devotion to Kirigakure's governance and restoration work when she was younger, which left little room for romantic pursuits.

As a result, she may have developed a certain haughtiness that made it difficult for her to connect with others on a more personal level.

Nonetheless, her strengths as a leader and her unwavering dedication to her village make her an admirable figure worthy of respect and admiration.

When Terumi Mei had confirmed her thoughts about a certain matter, she felt hesitant about confronting the person face to face.

Instead, she decided to drop a subtle hint in the hopes that the person would understand without her having to explicitly say it.

Had this been a situation involving "Kenya," the response would have been straightforward and dismissive, with Kenya likely smirking and returning to his business without a second thought.

However, the situation was different with "Aizen." As someone with a mysterious and secretive identity, Aizen was wary of getting too close to other people, lest his many secrets be revealed.

Even with the incredible power of Kyōka Suigetsu, his zanpakutō which could manipulate the senses of those around him, Aizen could not afford to let anyone get too close to him.

For Aizen, maintaining a certain distance from others was not just a matter of caution, but a necessity for protecting the carefully crafted persona he had built over the years.

When Terumi Mei made her suggestion, Aizen found himself unable to express his opinion, at least not at the moment.

His response was a noncommittal "of course not..." which made Terumi Mei's heart race with anticipation. She couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement at the prospect of Aizen agreeing with her suggestion.

However, her elation was short-lived when Aizen continued with the second half of his sentence. He reminded her that, as the Fifth Mizukage, she had many responsibilities and tasks awaiting her.

The ambiguous nature of his response left Terumi Mei feeling unsure about where they stood on the matter. Was Aizen agreeing to her suggestion or not?

The mixed signals from Aizen made Terumi Mei feel both intrigued and frustrated at the same time.

She couldn't help but feel a little tickled by his mysterious demeanor, but at the same time, she wished he would be more direct with her.

Despite her own impressive abilities and accomplishments, she found herself drawn to Aizen's enigmatic presence, which seemed to be shrouded in secrets and intrigue.

As Terumi Mei and Aizen continued their conversation, they were interrupted by Ao, who came over to speak with the Master Mizukage.

Before he could even utter a word, Terumi Mei's eyes turned fierce and she stared at him with intensity. The sudden change in her demeanor shocked Ao, who was taken aback by her reaction.

Terumi Mei's hair seemed to stand on end as she bristled with frustration, clearly annoyed at the interruption.

She gritted her teeth and spoke through clenched jaws, telling Ao to walk away for the time being. The muscles on her face twitched slightly, revealing the tension and irritation she was feeling in that moment.

Despite her outward composure, Terumi Mei was clearly under a great deal of stress, and the interruption had only served to exacerbate her mood.

Ao, sensing the tension in the air, wisely chose to back away and give her some space. For the moment, at least, it seemed that Terumi Mei's conversation with Aizen would have to be put on hold.

If Aizen had not been standing by her side, Terumi Mei would have undoubtedly told Ao to "get out" in no uncertain terms. The interruption had clearly grated on her nerves, and she was seething with frustration as Ao stammered out his words and scurried away in a cold sweat.

For a long time, Terumi Mei was unable to speak, her mind still reeling from the interruption. She had been on the brink of making an important decision, and Ao's intrusion had thrown her off balance. She couldn't help but feel annoyed at the thought of having to pick up where she left off with Aizen.

After what seemed like an eternity, Terumi Mei finally managed to utter a few words, her voice barely above a whisper.

She thanked Aizen for his patience and understanding, though the words felt hollow in her mouth. She couldn't shake the feeling that she had lost her momentum, and that the conversation had taken a turn for the worse.

As she reflected on the situation, Terumi Mei almost wanted to slap herself twice for losing her composure.

She was a master of Kirigakure, after all, and she prided herself on her ability to stay calm and collected in any situation.

Yet, here she was, struggling to keep her emotions in check in front of Aizen. It was a humbling experience, and one that she was determined to learn from.

Terumi Mei couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions as Aizen gently stroked her cheeks. On the one hand, she was thrilled by the intimate gesture, which seemed to signal a new level of closeness between them.

On the other hand, she was acutely aware of how vulnerable she felt in that moment, and how uncertain she was about what might happen next.

Relationship problems are never easy, Terumi Mei thought to herself. They require a certain amount of courage and risk-taking that can be hard to muster in the face of uncertainty. Without that sense of excitement and tension, there would be no spark to keep the relationship going.

As Aizen continued to stroke her cheeks, Terumi Mei's face suddenly flushed, turning as red as her fiery hair. She felt as if she was on the verge of throwing herself into Aizen's arms, but her nerves got the better of her.

In that moment, she found it harder to muster up the courage to confess her feelings than it was to fight a Kage-level ninja.

Aizen, on the other hand, remained calm and composed. He didn't possess the same level of initiative and dominance that Kurenai had displayed before him, but that was to be expected.

After all, Aizen's true identity was shrouded in mystery, and he had to be careful not to reveal too much of himself to anyone, let alone a powerful Kage like Terumi Mei.

Despite this, Aizen couldn't help but feel a flicker of attraction towards Terumi Mei. He was a man, after all, and he couldn't deny that the Mizukage was a strikingly beautiful woman.

He knew that if he were to remove his mask and reveal his true face to her, it wouldn't be long before they were locked in each other's embrace.

But for now, he had to bide his time and keep his emotions in check. He couldn't afford to let his guard down, not when there were so many secrets that he had to keep hidden. So he simply smiled at Terumi Mei, his eyes twinkling with a hint of amusement and a touch of something more.
